They had free breakfast The room wasn't the cleanest, someone put a plastic bag over the smoke detector and the room smelled like smoke, there was a dying bug in the tub, and a clump of unknown stuff in the corner of the room.

Only the location Dirty and the owner was absolutely rude
-
Nothing Room smelled like cigarette smoke… carpet looked dirty beds were dirty … nasty

Located near grocery shopping and chain restaurants. Easy to get to. The rooms were outdated but fairly clean. I booked three rooms for a family trip with my teenage and adult children and two of their friends/partners and the rooms were all about the same. The staff seem to be a large family that patrols the motel grounds 24/7, with someone walking by staring people down in the parking lot and outside all of the rooms at least once every 5 or 10 minutes day and night. There is no breakfast or coffee in the lobby, just an unclean dining area for the staff.

Close to everything affordable

Pool was alright Staff wasn’t the nicest air didn’t work 1 of the two days we were there

Room was clean and pool was working. Staff was nice. Breakfast was small muffins. Did not even have bowls for the cereal. Coffee maker did not work and if you did not get there first there was not food at all. Did not have laundry services.

Location I booked non smoking rooms and the rooms smelled horrible of smoke.Beds looked like they hadn't been changed/ stains on the sheets.Feet stuck to floor and toilet didn't flush well. If it hadn't been for our tight schedule to get to my niece 's wedding we would have gone somewhere else.

I didnt eat the breakfast , I didnt have time Everything was good

Very clean and the beds were soooooo comfortable! The view from the hotel was fantastic! The light in the bathroom flickered on and off sometimes

Air conditioning worked well. View of the mountains was pretty. Close to dining and shopping options. Sheets had a suspisious spot on them. Bathroom is showing it's age. Breakfast was subpar donuts and watered down juice.

The pillows looked like they someone had just been laying on them, the bedding looked "clean" but doubt it was. We had to wipe the chair off and there was a brown substance that came off the chair on the rag. The hand towels and shower towels were stained, again doubt they were actually clean. The room was a smoking allowed as it was the only one they had left but it smelled way worse than a smoking room should. I will be asking for a refund as the description, pictures, and cleanliness did not match anything that was presented online!

The location for visiting Lookout Mountain is perfect. The view is great. The price is very affordable. The staff is friendly. There is a pool (we didn't use it, as it was quite literally a place to sleep for one night) they have a small breakfast offered, donuts and the like. Very small but a nice offering considering the price for a room. Lots of restaurants around for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Dated rooms, a general musty odor. A broken tile on the bathroom baseboard (not a big deal, but just doesn't look nice) the kicker was a literal piece of tissue stuck in the peephole. I actually had to laugh about that. Again, not a big deal but it just looks tacky. For the price, I wasn't expecting anything fancy obviously but a few minor fixes would go a long way.
