A place to lay my head that was vacant by I know why now. The hallways and rooms smelled of extreme cigarette smoke/tar and I believe i also saw what i believed to be a "lady of the night" in the hallways. The beds squeaked, so bad, just when you'd roll over or even just sit on them.

clean rooms and clean property. large area for pets. indoor pool. very nice breakfast offered without additional charges. the entire staff is amazing. the views are to die for. I never seen a redroof inn at this caliber. it goes to show that owners only need to care a little.

Pool was closed. No A/C. Very rude staff. $69 rate felt too high for what you get.

The staff were the kindest people ive ever had with a hotel experience. Super kind and helpful. The location was great. I liked the indoor & outdoor pool. I enjoyed having the laundry service. And was very impressed with the staff replaced the towels daily with small cleanings. The room wasn't horrible, but the carpet looks like it could use a cleaning. Bathroom was super small and no fan isnt ideal.

Easy access clean. Got over charged for the room between the red roof and booking. And it's just a hassle to get straightened back out.

Cold not very good. And small portion put out. Everything could have been better. The room cleanliness, the service, everything it was horrible. We had spiders dirty blankets. The air filters in the air condition were dirty and the air conditioned barely worked. I have pictures of all of this.I would love to upload somewhere.

Good place to stay for a couple days and not really expensive. Easy to reach the local activities.

Other guests were the primary problem. The doors to enter our hallway on both ends kept being left open intentionally by other guests (we would close the door and they would leave their rooms immediately after to open it again). An elderly lady who either had some sort of mental deficiency or dementia (or was maybe on drugs) cussed us out at random and then hacked up mucus into the pool. A staff member offered to let us know when they had left so we could return to the pool, but after seeing her spitting into it we opted to skip out for the rest of our stay.

Super close to everything. Very friendly staff. I forgot my pillow! Beds were not the best but okay for a few nights!

Heated indoor pool, staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok (only pork for meat option). There is a vending machine and ice machine, coffee 24/7 access. Daily housekeeping if needed. Could hear the kids upstairs running around (it was awful), challenging communicating with housekeeping due to language barrier. Bed protector was dirty and was unable to change but sheets were changed as needed.

The check-in was rather quick and the front desk clerk was cordial. There were people hanging out around the hotel grounds who behaved suspiciously as we were riding through the parking lot to find a space. The rooms smelled EXTREMELY strongly of cigarette smoke, so that we could barely breathe.

The location is in very close proximity to most of the Chattanooga area attractions. I appreciated breakfast though they served the exact same thing every morning. Eggs, sausage and toast. Apples, yogurt, cereal and the usual coffee, juice etc. The bed had stains on it, particularly the mattress cover. The sheets kept slipping off which is how we discovered the stains. We brought our own towels and rags. But the ones provided didn’t look very clean. A waffle maker one morning would have been nice for variety and maybe switching out the sausage for bacon or ham or something else every other morning would have made breakfast more enjoyable. Maybe bagels alongside the toast. It was sausage and eggs every morning.

Everything was amazing very honest staff my wife left her wedding rings there when we checked out and they found them and put them up for her until we could get back to get them very very good people The only issue was that the pool heater was broke at the time but they were actively working on it

Continent location. A little noisy since we were on the first floor of two story building. It was clean and everything worked 😊
