Economic choice for a long term stay. Kitchenette helped saved cash versus depending on fast food. First room I'd received had no power cord for the TV and the AC didn't work. The second room I was given had at least 30ish flies, the carpet was damp and also smelled like urine. The refrigerator leaked water continually onto the kitchenette floor. Finally, I'm no pathologist but I'm pretty certain there was black mold in the shower stall.

Stained bathroom sink. Bad smell everywhere.

When we arrived they said that they did not have a room for us. And then blamed it on Expedia over booking the room that we had booked weeks in advance.

I reported to Expedia and the lady at the front desk, Regina would not give us her full name so Expedia will not reimburse us. She was putting cigarettes out on her shoe while making us wait to check in and then kicked us out of the office into a rain storm (we wouldn’t have stayed in anyway) while we were trying to find another place to stay because “I’m not getting paid to sit here.” This is truly a health hazard and beyond disappointing, disgusting, and completely and utterly astounding with how atrocious this experience was with Extended stay and Regina. This place will be reported to the Health Department as a biohazard. I am shocked it has not been closed down already. Avoid this place like the plague, as you are likely to catch it if you dare to stay here.

This was the worst room I’ve ever been in! The door didn’t close properly and the room had a huge smell. There was 2 bullet holes in the wall and it looked like someone cooked meth in the room.

The water in the shower does not get hot, it’s barely warm. In the room we stayed, the ceiling in the bathroom is failing apart in one corner and the shower curtain causes water to flood on the bathroom floor. But otherwise a decent motel. Stayed for one night so it wasn’t too big of a deal.

Very dirty and room smelled of cigarettes! Roaches seen outside of the room. People hanging outside at 2am. Lobby staff hard to get a hold of when arriving late due to delayed flight. Staff took her time coming from her room the locked lobby that I had to wait outside of with the sketchy people out walking around. Not safe!!

The property is a disgrace! I wouldn’t sleep in the hotel rooms if they paid me! SO NASTY! The carpet is CORRODED IN FILTH AND ANIMAL FECES! I left! I wanted a refund but probably won’t get it! If I was BOOKING I wouldn’t be promoting such a place. EVERYTHING!!! The stank just stuck on you when you opened the door!

, were greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as we opened the door. There were also small roaches in the kitchenette area and the toilet did not work properly. The beds were super thin and you could feel the springs in the mattress but the sheets were clean so that was a plus. I mean for what we paid I expected it but was hoping it would exceed our expectations but unfortunately it was not somewhere I’d want to stay again. It was very much a you get what you pay for type of stay.

Great for all the necessary needs from stove top to a card activated laundry room

Disappointing
-
It was a huge disappointment. There was no hairdryer, coffee, water, no shower curtain. Did not look like the photograph in the ad at all. To my surprise, there was no air dryer, shampoo, conditioner, the TV did not work, and there was no shower curtain on the shower. I called the office about the TV and they said unplug the cable box, but there was no cable box. It also was very noisy with street traffic and not a very good experience.
