The staff was super friendly. The maintenance was really trying with upkeep. The buildings were not in the best of repair. Roaches, non working toilets. AC unit that wouldn't cool the room. Had to get maintenance out several times during my month long stay for various things but it was always addressed.

I've been here a month and I haven't gotten housekeeping at all even though that's part of service/room I'm paying for.. the previous housekeepers all quit then they hired more threw temp service. The management told us when they were hired they would be cleaning rooms now.. when I talked to the housekeepers they said they're only cleaning vacant rooms.. when I went to pay and ask about this, I happened to be a few mins late so they charged late fee. I asked management if possible could they wave late fee because I haven't been getting housekeeping, and the white guy from another location (that's the gm) talked kinda crazy to me and said the only reason I'm talking about the housekeeping is because of late fee.. I felt like he completely brushed me off as customers but I still want what I'm paying for.

Has the equipment but no pots/pans etc.

Nobody was there to check me in, when I called the person that spoke had no care or urgency to resolve. Had to book another hotel. Do not come here. Wasted a booking fee for nothing.

It was clean with fair price.

The manager was very rude. The refactoring broken the door came completely off when opened and the stove burners were lop sided and the air conditioner didn't have a cover
-
I liked how close it was to airport It was a little too far away from downtown wished it was a little closer and the key cards to my room was not working so I would be locked out for a minute until I got ahold of the after hours shift room did not look like the pictures I thought it was false advertising

The sink in the kitchen area was stopped up. The toilet was stopped up. The floors were dirty. The light in the kitchen area didn't work. We asked for a room with a shower chair in it's and didn't get it's.

The price is reasonable Rooms are a little small but for the price it's ok
-

A few days later I arrived at the hotel after a conference and there were four police cars on the property and five to ten officers. The desk clerk told me that the Chattanooga PD SWAT team broke down the door of someone's room with a battering ram and arrested him for drug trafficking. One other afternoon I spotted some guy dancing with himself in the courtyard. Residents told me that the hotel accepts people who have just been released from halfway houses. Also, on my first day there, the manager told me about all the ways I could be evicted. And as an added aggravation, the hotel (or the travel site) wouldn't allow me out of my second week after I found an apartment. The toilet valve stayed open and I had to remove the tank top and re-seat it after every flush. I reported it to the management, but nothing was done. I also had to plug in one of the stove top burners that had been disconnected. This hotel probably does a fine job for people who have mental health problems or for those who could not find an apartment because of poor credit, or a police record but it was a miserable place for me!

Ours did all week. When we got in the room the smoke detector battery was dead. *BEEP*. There was a piece of broken glass on the floor, as well as a mostly dried puddle of some kind of sticky liquid by one of the beds. The kitchen area had 2 burners and we didn't get one to work until after we had bought a 2 burner stove from Walmart. The inside of the microwave looked like it could simultaneously give you cancer and tetanus. The guy came to fix the smoke detector and replaced the battery with a used one, so at like 10pm that first night, it started beeping again. So we had to buy one through doordash and replace it, as nobody was in the office during office hours. The second night, a roach was just hanging out on the wall. They told us they didn't supply additional toilet paper beyond the single roll they gave us, so we had to buy some. They don't replace bedding or towels unless you request it, but somehow they got in to leave a note about how our room wasn't tidy and "that attracts pests". They were attracted before we got here. If you're not cleaning/restocking, why can you come in our room? We had been there about 4 days out of 7 at that point. This is an extended stay hotel where every room has an exterior exit. In a sketchy part of town. The lock on the bathroom door didn't work, and the vent was full of dust.

In was nice location for work There was buggs in the room crawling on the walls
-
Nothing Strong smoke odor in the room, bugs crawling around the floors and walls, the kitchen didn’t work (like nothing in it worked at all) and the room was filthy. They put up nice pictures to lure you in. The hotel is nothing like the pictures in reality.

it’s clean nothing
