Staff and management very rude I was removed from premises by the police leaving some of my belongings behind For having a service animal. Paid for 7 nights stayed 1 night management refused a refund. Corporate will not return my call attorney has been contacted

Location was good Management made me leave on my 2md day for having service animat. Refused to refund my money so I paid 400 for one night Made numerous attempts to contact cooperate headquarters with not one returned phone call

Poor condition broken towel rack, roaches, air conditioner leaks, refrigerator leaks, stains on bed bench and chair, refrigerator had a broken food bar, under sink had broken slab under it and the attendant had a bad attitude.

I am still awaiting a refund booking.com had tried to reach out to you guys as well as said that they haven't received any response. I realize there my br a 1 night cost for canceling the reservation but the rooms were nothing like the pictures or what was described i did receive my $50 upgrade fee for what was supposed to be a premium room in which it a wasn't any better than the first room that was reserved i have also tried to call and get no response just a text msg after the call is disconnected to pay or extend a stay... my number is 4237170252 I would greatly appreciate any response and definitely my money back for what was described and pictured as a suitable room that was as I stated nothing even close to what it was supposed to be... the place was so bad I turned around at the door even after the $50 upgrade to a premium or suitable room in which it wasn't even close to what anyone would expect. No response! Maintenance worker armed with pistol bullying you off the property after they've taken your money for an unexceptable room and having to call the chattanooga police dept to file a report. As to why people think its okay to catfish or bait and switch pictures and descriptions of facility's and take your money for a week's stay and then ignore you and expect you to just deal with it.

They never opened door. They never answered phone. They never checked me in. Delta was supposed to deliver my suitcase. I have no idea where my suitcase is at all. Don’t book this in town suites. Lucky my son doesn’t live far away. I called him to have a place to stay. The after hours manager wouldn’t let me in. There was another man who told me to not wait in the light at the door for my son to come and get me. It was sad as my son and his newborn and new wife live near. I thought I had found a great place to stay and I could visit often. I’m very sad. Not open, not accessible.
