InTown Suites Extended Stay Chattanooga TN - Airport

They never opened door. They never answered phone. They never checked me in. Delta was supposed to deliver my suitcase. I have no idea where my suitcase is at all. Don’t book this in town suites. Lucky my son doesn’t live far away. I called him to have a place to stay. The after hours manager wouldn’t let me in. There was another man who told me to not wait in the light at the door for my son to come and get me. It was sad as my son and his newborn and new wife live near. I thought I had found a great place to stay and I could visit often. I’m very sad. Not open, not accessible.

I booked a room and got to Chattanooga TN expecting to relax after 6 hour drive and just to arrive on time and they say they sold out of room the manager wasn't any help and never tried to fix the problem. Meanwhile I'm watching people check out. And they took deposit from my card never received it back.

The bed was comfortable I was kicked out over a service dog that was in the room for 45 minutes, literally 30 minutes after I paid $394 for a week stay, the maintenance man called the office and said I had a dog in my room failed to say it was my brother a retired veteran that stopped to say hello with his service dog. The manager never bothered to ask any questions instantly deactivated my room key and when I tried to speak to said manager over the phone I was yelled at and hung up on and refused a refund!! Apparently this has happened to other guests and was told good luck in getting my refund and as told I have not and will not receive my money back. I was not aware until staying in my room of the drug activity either it is rampant in this place and the staff is very well aware had i known i would have never considered this property and never will again. I am in the process of filing a law suit over my money thats a lit of money to keep from me and even spoke with a agent named Kevin when called main number and was told I took all property steps of making my brother take the dog off the property cause I feared losing my room as it is a no pet policy however I did read on their policy and it said service animals always welcome apparently thats a lie.

Nothing My room was very nasty was not clean stains on the carpet and bugs everywhere I had bugs on me and my son while sleeping stove barley work it has a shortage the bathroom tub was very nasty stained really bad bugs all in the bath tub crawl everywhere the side of the base bored is off the walls holes in it refrigerator with bugs and dead bugs room smelt very bad also my son is artistic and we was going somewhere on the fourth he didn't won't to go so he went to the office and told them I would not let him in the room which why would i leave him there and he is only 13 and has a disability so the man that works there name sam told my son to come and get so I went to the office and he told me what my son said and I told him the same thing i am not leaving my son here he is not old enough so sam said when a child come to him and say that he calls the police I said why you didn't call them and why would you call the police when i told you what was going on and also my mom even told sam what was going on because she was on the phone the hole time and he said he said he was going to call the police i need to get off his property and i told him you put me out for what because my son didnt won't to go to my sister house the police came and I got put out and did not even get a refund or some of my money back and I had 5 days left there

Nothing I booked a room in booking. Com and reserved my room to get there and they say there sold out of room smh WHAT??

Room was very poor bathroom is cover with bugs the smell is very terrible the walls has stains and holes everywhere my son went to the office and told the staff a lie about he couldn't get in the room and we was leaving just so he can get a key and the front desk man name same told me that he was going to call the police because my son could not get in the room and that I need to pack my stuff I got put out with my family on the fourth of July due to he say she say and police was call i lost my money due getting put out and also no place to stay the man was very rude sam he always rude I will never ever go there I wish that anyone that has a child under 12 do not go there you will get put out

The staff was super friendly. The maintenance was really trying with upkeep. The buildings were not in the best of repair. Roaches, non working toilets. AC unit that wouldn't cool the room. Had to get maintenance out several times during my month long stay for various things but it was always addressed.

The rooms are clean and comfortable . I have received 2 imcfease in 2 weeks without being notified I enjoy the location. Grocery store is right next door
