Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chattanooga South/East Ridge

Didn’t utilize amenities as it was just a one night stay. Very nice all the way around.

I just just wish the website said they are not in Chattanooga they are on a different city but that’s the website where I made the reservation

I like the location because it's near highway. Easy to get in & out. Room we're assigned has clogged sink. Breakfast service starts late so we weren't able to eat prior to travel.

Breakfast was disappointing. We went there at 8:30 and they had started closing the breakfast bar. Ape

The breakfast was very lacking. We had stayed at a different hotel the night before. The breakfast there offered yogurt and cottage cheese parfaits that were fabulou plus other things.. The sheets on the bed almost felt plastic like. The shower has no where to put your foot when shaving your legs.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The African American lady at the front desk was very nice and polite, our room was spotless (the bed was huge and very comfortable), and the breakfast was very good. The only thing I can think of that maybe could be improved is offering a little more variety with the snacks and drinks at the front desk (for those that like late night snacks), and putting a small microwave either in the rooms or in the breakfast area. Other than that, this hotel offers a great place to stay at a reasonable price, and we would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

The pool is way to small. Plus there needs to be a sign that says must stay with children.

The shower water temperature was backwards but once I learned from another family staying what was occurring then I was satisfied.

Easy to access Low toilet seats - not easy for older people No handholds in the walk in shower

Had to wait 30 minutes to check-in. Bed wasn’t comfortable.

Pool , it was close to good place to eat

The front desk help was not welcoming at all. She had an attitude. There was no hot water. I let it the water run for about 10 mins but the water was just a bit warm.

Clean room, great staff, came in after midnight , yhe woman at the desk was really nice.

We were only there this time for a brief stay, arriving late and leaving early. The room was on the 1st floor so that was different. The hotel is nice, clean and inviting. The breakfast was typical hotel offerings but it was all hot and fresh. All of the staff was polite and professional. I would stay here again.

We had a very nice room with comfortable beds and a hideaway couch. The staff was polite and professional. The parking is plentiful and reasonably close to the front entrance. Typical hotel breakfast options but the food was hot and fresh.
