Very nice hotel, close to everything, plenty of places to eat close by, staff were friendly, beds soft. Couldn’t have asked for anywhere better!

Room key did not work on Handicap entrance nor on exercise room as advertised. Mentioned it to receptionist who made no effort to reissue the room key so it would work on those doors.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was good and staff was helpful keeping the food warm and fresh. Also family enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We liked our stay there so well on June 25 that going back thru Chattanooga we again stayed again on June 28

Lots of places to eat near the hotel. The hotel and the area are safe, this is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Our room was clean.
