Elevator was making strange noise. A little scary.

The location is great. Easy to get on and off 75 All night long, people were opening and closing their doors to their rooms. Woke up at midnight until 3. It would be nice if the doors had a softer close on it so it wouldn’t slam closed

Cleanliness was evident throughout. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel was fine. Hotels website overcharged me around 40 dollars a night. The hotel itself was 110. Hotels charged 149. I tried to get in touch with them with no avail. Also...the hotel was being renovated. I had to move my vehicle several times to avoid getting it paint over spray.

All clean, very pleasant stay and breakfast was awesome

The location is convient for getting on/off highway. Room was very clean with nice amenities. Very good continental breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly. Several restaurants nearby .

The breakfast was excellent and the staff really attended to it well for the guests. The parking lot is small and there were no spots left. The hotel staff did let us park near the front door as a result.

I will be contacting the management as soon as we get home. Not only was our room ill-equipped for the 6 people listed, but when we told the lady at the desk about the sofa bed being in absolute terrible shape, we were offered a FREE 2nd room across the hall to split up our groups. We then found out that the manager decided to go back and CHARGE us for the extra room without speaking to us. No communication and no authorization of this at all. I have a 2nd charge on my account currently. The man at the desk told us that we'd need to take it up with the manager. To make matters worse, our first night was absolutely ruined even further by the lady at the desk as she also gave our room number to a group of men who were trying to force themselves in our room at midnight. The kids were asleep as were we. It was terrifying considering we had no idea what was going on. When we called the office to tell her people were trying to get in, she apologized and promised that she would talk to her boss & make sure we had some kind of compensation for the incident. This has shown to not be the case as we were not given a discount for the original room and now are facing a pending charge for the additional room that was not authorization & they had zero agreement with us to do so. Our cards did not work on day 2 as they were deactivated when they gave the gentlemen the same room number. When I went to tell the front desk it was clear the girl had not told her boss anything that had transpired
