Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chattanooga (East Ridge) by IHG

Very nice! Clean and comfortable. Great bed...bring your own pillows. Full breakfast, hot and fresh. Staff was great. Area celt safe, lots of food options and easy access to all the attractions

Breakfast had a nice variety of options. Our room was extremely damp - the bedding was damp, towels, carpet and by the morning the clothes I had laid out for the day were also damp. Not comfortable at all. One of the lights in the room did not work and there was no bath soap in the bathroom - only shampoo and conditioner. I was not comfortable at all.

This was our 2nd stay at this hotel in a week and the room was much better. There was a chair missing though. OK for a one night stay.

We enjoyed our stay there. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

The breakfast selection and quality was better than most. Upon checking in I was sent to a room that wasn't cleaned yet. The A/C was extremely noisy every time the compressor started. Too much light in the room at night due to blinds not covering window well enough.

I travel south about once a year and don't stay in the same place twice, this will be my stopover from now on, thanks to the staff.

Clean hotel with great staff, hospitality at its best.

Checked in and received a room with 2 beds and not king as reserved. They would have changed us but we were already in room so stayed. Rooms do not have coffee makers so had to go to front for coffee. Beds comfy along with pillows and very clean. Breakfast had all the normal items. Convenient location

Staff extremely welcoming! Had a calm comfortable stay after a long day of driving.

Had no problems.

We had a wonderful stay at this location of Holiday Inn!! We asked if we could check in early and they were so accommodating. After returning from dinner, the sofa bed was made for us with sheets, blankets and pillows along with granola bars. They just went above and beyond to take care of us. The breakfast was wonderful too!! We had a great stay!

The hotel was nice and clean all staff were friendly.

The breakfast was amazing, as usual. We always stay there on our way to Florida because of the great breakfast! All was goo.
