Super 8 by Wyndham Chattanooga/East Ridge

The bathroom floor was dirty. The bathtub was very slippery and I fell. The beds were comfortable. Tv and ac worked well.

It was a non-smoking room. They had been smoking in it. The roof had leaked and had water in the floor. The bed was nasty put us in the second room was a double bed. Instead of a king had burnt holes in the comforter room, not clean not a good place to stay don’t know how they got the rating they have.

Clean, comfortable room. Would stay again.

The front desk clerk was nice. Location was great. Booking said there was breakfast included. That plus location was what made us stay there. Breakfast made the decision so we could save money on 2 meals. We weren’t expecting a full breakfast but a muffin or pop tart would have been nice. Cleaning of room could have been much better. First room had to be moved. As soon as we walked into the room had to turn around and get a different room because the smoke smell was so strong. Bed was not comfortable at all.

air conditioner old and noisy kept waking us up. breakfast consisted of coffee only.

Continental breakfast was no where to be seen and the bad was quite uncomfortable

Location was great, walking distance to several fast food , an dinning restaurants. The land line telephone that connects you to front desk didnt work at all, burn marks in bed spread, the walk in shower had 1 small back out curtain that was the length of a toilet. So it only covered about 10 percent of shower. BUT THE WORST OF ALL, I WAS LAYING DOWN AN I KEPT THINKING SOMETHING WAS ON MY NECK BUT COULDNT SEE ANYTHING. MAYBE IT WAS A SINGLE HAIR IN WIND THAT BRUSHED MY NEACK. ......NO IT WAS A HUGE { BEDBUG} !!!!!!! If there is one there is going to be several more. So I took it very much still alive to office, where they didnt seem shocked at all over it. They said Well I can't give you your money back because you went through booking if you had paid through us I could refund but you didnt

Saw mold and bugs in the bathroom, plus stains on the wall. Also, holes in some walls. Sink tap was unclean. I believe the room needs a total renovation.

Nothing Every thing

They said they had a great breakfast and my husband and I went to get some before we got ready to leave and they had nothing but granola bars. The juice machine wasn't even working

The check in clerk was polite and mild mannered.

The town itself. NOTHING about the room, the facility, or the staff. The room, the facility, the staff.

Very strong cat urine smell and cockroaches i left and checked out immediately. Was not reimbursed was not offered an apology. I wrote the manager a note never heard anything back

Didn’t have laundry or a pool at the hotel no elevator either

Customer service was awful

Property was run down. Room was acceptable for one night. Location near interstate was convenient. Staff was friendly.

My bathroom was.nasty

They don’t have breakfast but in Expedia said yes, doesn’t work the ice machine, lamps and phone, the floor was dirty

The fronts desk staff was extremely helpful. The condition of the room was absolutely ATROCIOUS….there was mold in the bathroom around the tub, cob webs everywhere, the bathroom door was filthy, we found an actual bullet in the mirror smh. The bathroom door was hard to close and there was water damage from a previous leak. I would NEVER in my life stay at this god forsaken hotel again
