Bad smell, no hupusekeeping, no keys, the water on the shower doesn’t go down

I literally walked in the room changed my clothes and left, bathroom smelled like urine and the mattresses had yellow stains all over them

The property is a budget friendly option. Appears to have been recently renovated. Parking was close to room. Restaurants in walking distance. If your traveling and need a cheaper option right of the interstate, I would recommend this hotel.

The old man at the front desk was horrible rude and downright mean. I had already booked and paid nnd couldn’t lose my money so I stayed. I had to clean for three hours use my own sheets and towels and it still was uncomfortable. I was offered drugs every time h went outside the room. If was the worst hotel experience u ever had in my entire life.

If the room didn’t smell like cigarettes, I would’ve said it was great for the money

The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Hotel shower was full of black mold in every crevice and around shower door. Shower door won't close all the way. Only 2 towels in room. Ice machine filthy. Stay away from this hotel.

Water was stinky, room no cleaned at all, bad smell, no internet…

It wasn't a hotel..it looks like a shelter for homeless..no tv no internet,stains everywhere. Outside trash everywhere. Bad odor from the sheets.hand sink doesn't drain completely. Towels with black slick. It's horrible. I don't recommend it.it shouldn't be in any travel app.i feel like they stole my money. Because we couldn't sleep in this very bad place

This property was the worst I ever stayed. The room floor was concrete. I took a shower and it overflowed onto the floor and out by the sink. The sink didn't drain either. Supposedly they are renovating, but don't put customers in a room that isn't done. There were also people outside our room smoking pot and the odor came through the vents. I would not recommend this hotel.

Tooo noisy!!

The staff that checked me in were nice and friendly There definitely we cockroaches, the chair in the room was absolutely filthy, there were gross stains everywhere, and the pillows were stained.

the lady in the morning where great! Josh took great care of me and the lady in the morning was very pleasant! The room was clean and perfect for the price! I was very content and felt safe. No bugs!!!

The first room had an air conditioner leaking so badly that water was puddling both inside and outside the room. Around 1:00 AM on our first night, the entire facility’s fire alarm began blaring throughout the hotel and continued for an extended period before staff waited for the fire department to arrive to shut it off. It was chaotic, disruptive, and concerning from a safety standpoint. After being moved to a second room, conditions did not improve. The shower would not drain properly, making it impossible to even shower. The sink drain contained what appeared to be drug paraphernalia, including what looked like a crack pipe and other debris visibly lodged in the drain. This was shocking and completely unacceptable. Although the property advertises itself as “newly renovated” and smoke-free, both rooms showed obvious neglect and poor maintenance. Furniture in both rooms had multiple burn marks despite the non-smoking designation. Overall, the property felt dirty, poorly maintained, and unsafe. This was an incredibly disappointing stay, and we will not be returning or recommending this property to others.

I loved the stay and will book again

Doesn't look like the room has ever been cleaned. The room was musty and smelled off. There was blood on the bathroom door. I was told our room was remodeled but I've seen furniture from the garbage that was cleaner.
