Nothing It was terrible, dirty and staff was extremely rude

nothing Checkin was handled by a security guard in tactical gear, including what appeared to be a bulletproof vest. property is hemmed by fencing and reminiscent of a prison. Walkways outside rooms looked like a layer of moss had been pressure washed out of rooms and was left uncleaned up. Opening door to room i immediately saw cockroach egg husks being swept by the doorsweep, and found more around the room and in bathroom. towels were tea towel sized (16x24) and were not in bathroom. no chairs whatsoever or table in room. 2 very small half size pillows on a queen bed. I was afraid to unpack.

ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY NOTHING Y’all SUCK! My parents stood at the door waiting for a stamp member to come check them in. No one ever showed up, so they left. Y’all need to take your “business” if that’s what you can actually call it. I booked the room for my parents because I sent them to TN for Mother’s Day. And it was slightly ruined because of YOU!!! So, someone has until Friday to reach out to me about a FULL REFUND! If I don’t hear anything by Friday, I promise I will report this so called business to the better business bureau and then I’ll reach out to my bank and flag y’all as a hacker and have them dispute the transaction and get my money fully back!

the security guard who checked us in smelled very musty inside. there was no toilet paper and very very run down. the location was a lot to be desired. lock your cars

The staff was accommodating by allowing very late check in The rooms were gross and lots of things that needed to be fixed

It's gated with security so there's no riff raff running around. It's quiet and the staff go above and beyond.

Nothing It’s a prison! I was informed they had visiting hours that I had to abide by or I would be forcibly removed from my room with no reason, and I was subject to random searches of my room

Only 2 towels no wash clothes no mat for exiting the tub . Only local TV stations no cable

The security guards were very nice and the general manager gave me a free night when I had some complications with my first night I missed out because I couldn’t find my ID and the rooms are super clean and nice definitely will stay here again!

Great bang for your buck, proximity to I-75 and food was nice. Bed was comfy and room was clean The fact that an industrial smoke detector went off for no reason early in the morning. It was so loud scary and disorienting especially because we’d had a late night before. Apparently it was because they hadn’t replaced the A/C. No trash can in bathroom.

Nothing. The manager of the property was deranged and belligerent about my service dag. The belligerent most hateful, man I have ever encountered. The manager is manipulating and scamming customers out of their money and a room

Leaving Everything

We at first thought the gated areas but soon realized we felt uncomfortable due to staff. Everything once we left. Facility was not cleaned properly including blood stains on the sheets and big colorful stains. We only had requested new sheets until the hotel manager rudely told us we got “what we paid for” and hung up the phone call we were on. I was completely appalled by the service and “hospitality” this company claims to have.

there was two pillows in the room went to see if I can get a couple more and basically the security guy said well there’s no way here so there’s nothing I can do so no office there after a certain time no coffee maker in the room no coffee the floors were dirty when I checked out the next day the lady that checked me out complained about in the bathroom stained it was dirty because the floor was disgusting The location is good except for the construction being done on the road

Lot of homeless people staying on site, had confrontation with one of them after they made threats at my son.

The young lady who checked me in was rude and nasty
