nothing Your staff are incompetent and rude. waking me up at midnight by banging on the door and screaming at me. I have never had anything like that happen in all of my travels at any hotel/motel. Your staff is truly incompetent and rude. I had to call the police on the property staff - desk manager.

And since all entry to the rooms is Villa exterior doors people going in and out of other rooms made it difficult to sleep because of the noise It’s not as if it was unsafe place. It’s just very noisy in the walls. Don’t do much too block the sound.

The room had gaps around the door. It smelled like stale wine. The shower had some type of dropped ceiling and a rusty drain. The toilet was very low. The sheets were scratchy.

The service was excellent, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was a lot of cosmetic issues with the room, walls not prepared correctly, peeling paint. Breakfast was included but lacking. Only waffle, cold cereal and bread offered, refrigerator in breakfast area was kept empty.

The light fixtures were rusted and the lampshade was broken. There were flies in the room. The couch is ripped up and soiled. Sticking out from the bottom of the couch was a dirty sock. The television did not work. The towels looked dingy. The flush on the toilet was so loud and it would wake up anybody in the room. The guests were loud and noisy during the night and the walk to your room was on soiled carpets. I paid $20 less than a stay at the Doubletree. Complete rip off.

Location was close to everything. Big room. No bugs. Almost $400 and the room smelled like mildew and needs lots of repairs/updating. Cracks in walls, dirty walls and rust in bathroom. Rust on lamps and eroded/worn mirror frames. Room was not swept. Not the room I was expecting. Did not match photos listed when booked.

Definitely would never stay again. Chipping paint falling down in the bathroom, whole place smelled like weed, there was a spider in the bed. Breakfast? There was a single waffle maker, and some microwave oatmeal. People partying, think it was staff, place needs an entire renovation.

No pool. Was a $100 deposit for each room each of the $50 it says on the website.
