Nothing There was Suppose have a pool and it wasn’t working . There were punch marks on the bathroom door . The tub felt like it was going to fall through the floor. Wasn’t happy.

Location - to the event I was attending at DoubleTree. Domestic disputes among other guests late hours just outside my, in the parking lot and other public spaces. The occurred 3 of 4 nights I stayed.

The night attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was not accommodating to the fact that I could not be in a room that was smoking. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. It had someone else’s hair in there. The couch was dirty.

The breakfast should be an extra hour. Should be more breakfast items.

Nothing. Extremely dirty I thiught At least the rooms would a little more clean. But nope! Not at all. You get what you pay for I guess However I need Some type discount for another stay. booked it because I thought I would receive a $100 credit. I don’t think I will use Expedia again after this.

I been there with kids, a lot of noise, mariguana smell, dirty room, breakfast very poor and front desk person always with a very bad attitude. We never will be there.

Nothing The room had a bad odor, the cleaning was poorly done, and the facilities are outdated.

Front desk clerks are rude and disrespectful

The air conditioner in our room, it didn’t seem like it was blowing cold air and also when we first arrived, the staff one of them had an attitude overall experience was probably a three out of five we did enjoy the free breakfast in the morning and it sucks that the pool was not open as well

The room smelled like cigarettes, but overall it was a good stay. It was for one night during the World Cup.

Nothing, place have nothing to like. Very dirty. That place is horrible, room dirty and sheets. Bathroom super dirty with black stains. Never in my life will be recommended that place.

Great location, but questions property conditions

The wall art. And that it was clean. The paint on the inside of the door was peeling and did not match the room color. Threw off the quality of the room.
