I was the solo guest in a field of otherwise World Cup guests from around the world. The place was packed. Needed a place to stay for the weekend while on business in the area. And, had to park an obnoxiously large trailer while at it. Staff rocked. They took great care of me, understanding my situation, while simultaneously taking care of all the World Cup visitors. The room was clean, well-appointed and met all my needs. Breakfast was very nice. I have no issues.

I booked a two bed room and when I checked in they didn’t clarify that the room I was getting was actually one bed. When I saw the room I went to front desk to ask for a solution but they didn’t offer any help. Front desk just need better training on how to deal with problems .

Adequate for the price point.

I only did an overnight stay but the hotel was great for the time I was there. The front desk employees were very friendly, both at check-in and at check-out. My room was very clean and comfortable. I had requested a room on an upper floor, and they were able to accommodate my request, which I appreciated. There is a large strip mall right across the highway from the hotel with many great restaurant options. I was able to order take-out and have a nice quiet dinner in my room. Due to my very short stay, I was not able to take advantage of the pool or breakfast, but it's nice to know that those are available options at this location. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Proximity to Philly; close to eateries and mall Didn’t appear that I was able to access breakfast. I did not book with IHG.

Well maintained and clean quiet room.

The room I got was on the first floor next to an entrance door and had a door in It the lead to somewhere else it was dirty and uncomfortable I requested another room they gave me the one next to it that too was horrible. I ha ad to kill 2 spiders of which I am scared of and it also had dead insects under the light on the vanity. I could not sleep because it was so noisy freaking m people being loud outside as early as 5am and from a loud whistling noise outside my window. The floor was also cold . So again I had to request another room which was much better. I was more relaxed and baby now enjoyed her last day stay.

Want pics we have them ,,, the many spider webs in the corner of the room was kind of a natural bug catcher but they spiders were over worked and couldn’t keep up ,,, what ever flying insects these are they definitely won . The room wasn’t terrible a little run down but this wasn’t a stop we had huge expectations on ,,,, mind you this was my husbands Father’s Day breakfas

Nice location with quick access to tourist sites in Philadelphia. Clean rooms, friendly staff.

My room was clean but the property was not.

Very clean. Nice seating areas for games and conversations in lobby between hotel and restaurant. Staff was friendly and efficient and check-in was smooth. Restaurant was seriously understaffed, with only one server on a busy weekend. The server was pleasant and efficient but very much on her own. Our group of nine waited patiently for dinner the evening we arrived, but had to leave without the breakfast we ordered the next morning in order to get to the funeral we were in town to attend.

Solid choice for an unplanned overnight. Reasonably priced. Nothing fancy but got the job done. Made to order breakfast was good.

Staff checking us in was very professional and friendly.

The property was clean, comfortable and close to attractions/points of interest. Breakfast. This hotel management needs to seriously consider how they handle breakfast experience for their guests. Some of our party had paid for breakfast to be included in their stay. We had stayed at this hotel to attend a funeral. Knowing that we would need to leave at a specific time, we informed staff that we needed to be out by a specific time. We allotted 1.5 hours to have breakfast. If service could not have been provided in that timeframe, we should have been informed that they could not accommodate us in that timeframe. Instead, they took our drink and breakfast orders at once. We sat and waited. We received our coffee but never our food. Service was extraordinarily slow. We only ever saw one server. While we sat, we didn't see any other tables receive any food either. Some other guests, not of our party, got up and left. Ultimately, we unfortunately had to leave the restaurant without our food. We arrived 10 minutes late to the funeral home. I believe the waitress was unsupported and overwhelmed due to being basically on her own which is unacceptable in a hotel as large as this one. We felt regret for needing to leave but had no other option. If you plan to offer breakfast, you should bring back the buffet or provide full disclosure about how understaffed and slow service will be.
