I believe it needs reform.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service was extremely disappointing. The property manager was rude, disrespectful, impatient, and completely unprofessional. At no point did he show any willingness to listen, understand the situation, or help resolve the issue. Instead, I was treated with arrogance and a complete lack of respect. I tried several different payment methods in order to complete my check-in, but none of my attempts were accepted. Even though I made every effort to solve the problem and offered different payment options, the manager refused to cooperate or provide any reasonable solution. To make matters worse, the payment requirement that prevented my check-in was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. Had this information been properly explained beforehand, I would have been prepared and could have avoided this entire situation. What made this experience even more upsetting was that I was traveling with my wife and my young child. After a long trip, we were forced to wait for more than two hours trying to resolve an issue that could have been handled quickly with basic professionalism and courtesy. Room was a bit of a mess. Like the bathroom shower wasn't cleaned from whoever used it because hair was in there. Cobwebs behind doors. Rug felt dirty and stains on the sheets like they just fixed the bed but didn't clean sheets.

the hot tub is great!

The place is pleasant and quiet, though there are a few minor issues; if they were fixed, it would be a 5-star experience. For instance, the toilet seat wasn't properly secured, and the fabric on the headboard was torn. I’d rate it 4 out of 5.

Negatives: smell of room was old and mildewish. Very old comforter ( needs upgraded) overall better furniture needed. No shelves, soap dishes in shower no place to put your toiletries on in shower. No towel hooks. Recommendations for owners: overall great place, but a few small suggestions would really go far- updated comforters, towl hooks near tub and in bathroom, add small shelf or stool in shower. Remove old carpetting or add some sort room deodorizer for room.

Clean room

Easy check in.. room was as described although items in the room were not. I will say I did not act on the considers, so they may have offered a different room, but was not enough to worry. Although room 101 needs so updating for sure! You can tell it’s well used.

Everything went well. The only thing I had a problem with is they had bugs from the outside coming inside the front door. But they’re clean for the most part.

Terrible person the way he spoke.

The room wasnt really clean well. There were dead bugs in multiple corners. Tape still around from previous guests. Drawers were dirty inside. Chipped mattress on the corner. Burnt holes on the blankets. The hot tub was not cleaned. The most important amenity and we could not use it. Filled up the water turned it on and nasty remnants of whatever white stuff and hair. Turned it off, drained it and went to bed instead. The shower was the only good thing out of it all( kinda). Will not be coming to this place again. It was also a hassle checking in. I recommend choosing a hotel. Dont let the dirty hot tub fool you.

The hotel is more like cabanas.
