I Tried TO CALL THE FRONT DESK. THE PHONE WAS DEAD I DIDN’T REALIZE THAT they had TEXTed ME UNTIL THE the next day about room service THEREFORE, I STREAM NETFLIX The breakfast is great in a service and the restaurant was excellent The registration desk clerks were good

The biggest disappointment was the bedsheets stink and kids got rashes the next morning. Housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked and tied to enter the room in the morning while guests were still in the room.

Amazing experience! kids friendly, Highly recommended!

I need to get some refund as I was given a room that has a side door. I couldn't sleep the whole night as the next door room person was snorring and it was like in my ears. I also told the lady at the counter next day morning

This hotel will be my Philadelphia home away from home because it suits my lifestyle at this stage in life.

It’s nice place to stay. Clean, great staffs. It’s my second time in 2 weeks. And will do it again anytime I get the chance. Highly recommend it to anyone.

The staff was very friendly & courteous. The room was spacious with a nice set up. The lobby, bar, and restaurant areas were really nice! We enjoyed the pool. It was very relaxing. When we first arrived to the room, I noticed strands of hair on the shower wall. The water in the tub was slowing draining out when I showered. It was backing up in the tub. I had a nice view of the city from my room but the windows were too dirty to fully enjoy it.

Hotel ok, staff great. Could use an update. Furniture in room outdated, mini frig tossed in corner and hard to open because of this. Shower had no conditioner so we had to run to front desk. It’s the little details that are missed. That’s why just an average hotel. Nothing special. Will definitely think twice in the future.

The facility was very, clean the staff was very friendly, we enjoyed our stay there very much. Especially getting cookies as a treat. The bar had games going on in the evenings and the food at the bar was amazing . Be sure to check it out if you say there.

Stairwell is closed this is a fire hazard has a sign stating closed for painting trim to dry tape is attached to trim, also there for two days how long does paint take to drive

There was trash all over the parking lot. The pool was broken. The front desk was not helpful during check in

THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND IT WAS FINE FOR A SHORT STAY BUT THEY ARE RENOVATING CURRENTLY. THE ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE AC IS SET TO A TEMP THAT THEY PICK AND IT WAS HOT!!! ALL NIGHT I ASKED THEM TO HAVE SOMEONE COME CHECK AND WHEN HE CAME SAID THE ROOM IS AS COLD AS IT CAN GET WHICH WAS LIKE 75 I COULDNT SLEEP AT NIGHT BC IT WAS SOOO HOT!!

Breakfast was good. The room was really outdated.
