Todo muy limpio y también esta muy cerca de todo, restaurantes, centros commercial, parques y muy buen servicio

Staff in cafe can’t or won’t smile….so grumpy. Bottom of bathroom door gross. Water leaked out of the shower all over the floor

They messed up our check in. Then told us we were booked for Saturday night as well. Then told me Saturday morning our reservation was never booked and they were oversold.

For the price of the hotel, they should have included breakfast. The restaurant was very expensive. Other chains offer this and it’s a nice touch. There was a coffee shop in the lobby, it was good. The beds were comfortable. The room smelled clean. The carpets were new. I would consider staying there again if necessary.

Very Linus air conditioning unit kept us up all night.
-
Liked the free parking, lots of restaurants nearby and the big outdoor pool was nice.
-
Great location and clean rooms! Pool was great! Parking under solar panels a plus in the heat of summer!
-
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning in the room was not working correctly, room was very warm. The in-room coffee maker is proprietary - no K-cups, just an FYI Normally prefer more amenities within walking distance and not much easily walkable. Cannot recommend the on-site dining.

This is a very old hotel. Hallways smell and the air conditioning does not work well. Rooms are a good size but in need of an update. The location. Is good but overall I would not go back.

I loved the hotel as an alternative to booking a room in Philadelphia. Very convenient to the Patco. The only complaint was the buffet breakfast was overpriced for what was offered
-
breakfast was bad they charged me an extra 30 bucks for continental breakfast after telling me it was free, they didnt have enough body wash, towels, they did not give me cookies on check in and they were missing multiple things usually in hotel rooms.

We loved our stay here! The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel, nice view of the water. Room was clean and spacious bed was comfortable flatscreen TV was fairly large compared to the last dozen hotels that I’ve stayed at. Was always difficult to find a cart… the hotel could probably use a few more. Lots of parking & hotel was conveniently located close to the highway. For easy travel into and out of Philly

Rooms need update. Popcorn ceilings falling down.

I stay at this hotel every year while I attend shows at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. The rooms are always clean but it was so hot when we got into the room, we had to turn the air way down. There wasnt any shampoo or conditioner in the bottles hanging in the shower. Overall, i am always pleased with my stay here.

The property itself was nice. The room was spacious and comfortable, no issues with anything with the property itself. The check-in process was another story. We arrived early. Hotels.com offered an option to pay an extra $29 dollars for early check in, which we did. When we arrived the room wans't ready, which was fine. But when we asked to use the pool and other facilities while we wait (which is a normal practice at every hotel I have ever stayed at, and I stay at dozens every year), we were told NO, have to wait till the room is ready. When we asked the front desk if they would please text or call us when the room is ready, the answer again was a resounding NO - we had to return to the front desk a couple of times to check on the room, and could't even enjoy our lunch off the property. We did not appreciate this lack of hospitality and total indifference.

Other than that, we would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Good bar, typical bar food, lots of TV’s to watch sports. Good stay overall.
