Residence Inn by Marriott Cherry Hill Philadelphia

Poor property maintenance. Room are outdated. Bathroom outdated and poor maintenance. Pool is ok. Not friendly front desk staff. I will not recommend this place.

Clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet.

We like to use this place in a pinch if the hotel of the convention books up before we are able to get a room. We love that there are two separate bedroom areas and bathrooms along with a living room and small kitchenette. It can be confusing finding your room, but staff are usually helpful with that.

Room was clean, staff was polite and had a good breakfast

Somehow because of the heatwave, housekeeping decided not to come in. So no new towels or linen was provided during a 6 day stay.

Everything was clean and nice, only thing we couldn't get in the pool because it was raining wish they had a indoor pool for when we have bad weather.

The place was not clean, and the staff was not very helpful. I also felt like I was being overcharged, which made the experience even more frustrating. Overall, I wasn't satisfied with my visit and wouldn't choose to come back.

Some molding and webbing in the bathroom and carpet oder. I sprinkled carpet freshener each night. Other than that, as an older property pretty decent. Great staff. Amazing Staff.

1st room we had smelled cigarettes, there was no hot water and dishes were dirty upon arrival. We were given a 2nd room which appeared cleaner but when we woke up in the morning there were ants everywhere.... Terrible experience with my 6 months old. Thank God it only lasted 2 days.. Take your money elsewhere

I typically do not write reviews but this place had me mortified. When I arrived at check in time a room wasn't avaliable. I was told to come back in a half hour. I came back an hour and a half later and still had to wait. I got to the room the key wouldn't work but I walked right in. The only way to lock the door was from the inside top lock. I opened the refrigerator the inside shelf handle fell out I sat a case of water in the refrigerator the glass slipped out of the shelf causing the water and the glass to hit the bottom. The edges of the glass was so flithy. There was only three glasses and not enough items in the kitchen. I used the shower I put shampoo in my hair the conditioner was completely empty. There was only a sheet for the sofa bed no comforter or pillows. It was the most uncomfortable I had been in a hotel for awhile. I could have requested a different room but it took me almost two hours after check in time to get the first room.

I like that the accommodation worked out perfectly for my group. I would definitely go back.

We enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn. The room was very clean, a little dated and needs basic upgrades but that stuff never bothers me, as long as it's clean. We didn't hear a thing at night, it was quiet. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good There wasn't a ton of options for breakfast but what they did have tasted good and was freah. Oatmeal, bagels, eggs, sausage, and ham egg and cheese croissant sandwiches etc. I liked that the rooms were like studio apartments, it has everything we needed.

Travelling for FIFA World Cup started awfully after 500 miles and 9 hours of drive from Canada. We came around 11 pm, asked for our bi-level room for 6 people. When entered, the room was not ready, not clean, no sheet, kitchen was dirty from previous guest. When asked for replacement, they granted another one, same issue. When escalated, the guy on reception was not very helpful, stated that he couldn't do anything, as housekeeping is not working at that time. Just asked me to discuss with Hotels.com. That was also another nightmare but I will not discuss it here. BTW, still have my cc charged with accidentals and not yet released, after 5 days never entering a room. Stay away at this moment as it seems it was some kind of issues around housekeeping overall, as at least 5-10 guests were having exactly the same issue.

Room was clean, plenty of towels in bathroom. It's a condo with 2 floors that has a full fridge and kitchen. Staff was very polite. Breakfast had limited selections but it was sufficient.

To be honest; looks terrible from outside. Inside was fine. Would never choose to stay here again.

Check in time was 4pm. Room wasn't ready. Was asked to come back in an hour or two. When we finally checked in, the room was filthy. We didn't have enough linen so I called front desk and we had to go to the front to get it. Didn't have enough blankets and was told to come back in an hour. There was crumbs on the chairs, dirty dishes in the oven, and a moldy sponge in the air vent. Will not be returning.

We enjoy the space of suite since we travel with our dogs. The friendly staff as we always stay here during our visits to area

Where to begin other than to report we did a tear drop upon checking in, we walked in the room and immediately walked out! While walking into our room, my son, who was barefoot as he was expecting to go into the pool, but the pool was closed for the day, cut his cut on broken glass outside of our door. When entering the room, you could see stains all over. Stains on the couch, on the lamp shades, on the walls, the couch was caving in in the middle, I could go on. It also looked as though someone took a shower in our bathroom as water was still present on the shower doors and a damp used towel was on the back of our toilet, which was also cracked, mind you. The upstairs bedroom area was decent, but nothing special. Yes, we had a master suite, a second queen bed, and a pull out couch, but to cap off our “we’re not staying here” was the fact that our main door would not close unless shoved closed.

Room was fine. Our specific room has a toilet that wouldn't stop flushing. This was alerted to the staff.
