Beds were clean but room and bathroom was not in good shape
-
Easy to access Free parking The bed and the cover need to be replaced

The room was clean, the free wifi was fast, and the parking was ample. But there were a lot of little things that made the stay not as great. The faucet was leaky, the AC was old and noisy, one of the bedside lamps didn't work and was replaced with a standing lamp that wasn't as good. I've had way worse stays, but this isn't the best experience

This hotel can be of use if you know going into it what to expect. There are some positives that should be mentioned. Our objective was to spend time with our children and grandchildren, so we needed a place to sleep. To that end it served our purpose. The surrounding area is relatively tranquil so concerns for safety were minimized. It seems to be an extended stay motel. We didn't interact with the other guests because we would leave in the morning and return at night. I now want to bring out the issues. The room was not cleaned during our 4 days stay. There was no evidence of a cleaning staff. Our room was in poor condition with holes in the walls and a functioning but broken sink spigot. The mattress was old and sunken in the middle. There were roaches in the room, so we kept our clothing in our luggage. I did not complain or report any of these findings because these are the conditions to expect when going into this site. There are trucks and large rigs nearby so it may also serve as an overnight sleepover for long distance truckers. It was reasonably priced and serves as an excellent example of the saying that you get what you pay for. There are several, more up-scale hotels in the immediate vicinity and if you want or need better accommodations, you may think about paying more. We come to the area at least once a year and I will not make the mistake of staying here again. There is a hotel in the same price range that is much nicer but it was at capacity. Lesson learned

On the positive side, they gave me room keys when I left mine in my room with no issues. This hotel was my only option really.

Location is good Well air conditioner was making noise all night, holes in the curtain. Not enough pillows and they were flat and small I had to go to Walmart to buy a pillow

Things were clean room smelled like a cigar lounge. Bed was abit squeaky but ok. Tv was small but worked.

This was a last minute booking for a trip I planned for two days prior. Our room was very underwhelming for the price we paid (almost $250 for two nights). The blanket on both beds had multiple burn holes despite it being a non smoking room. Long stringy hairs found on our towels, and trash left in the room from whoever stayed before us. There is also no secondary lock or chain on the door, so if you have small children I highly recommend finding a better place to stay. You do not need to undo the lock to open the door; our one year old got on her tiptoes and pulled the handle down and the door was open, seconds into our arrival. Luckily she's a sound sleeper but we still piled our luggage in front of the door to prevent her from opening it while we were asleep. All in all, I do not recommend this motel unless you can get it for cheap, or if you truly have no other option (as we did not have a choice and were in town visiting family last minute). Front desk staff were very warm, no complaints there.

The sheets were clean but that’s about it burn marks In the bedspread and pillowcase suppose to be a non smoking room. Something slopped on the wall haven’t figured that out. Toilet seat needs to be replaced it’s all chipped and looks terrible.
-
The room smelled of perfume to hid other smells, the tv did not work there was damage drywall on one wall about the size of a big paper bag folded. the faucet in the bathroom was broken, it twisted around the sink. a I am a contractor and i have never seen a place where the maintenance was not a priority in an establishment.

Location Room wasn’t clean. Had bugs in it. Older lady at the front desk was rude and wasn’t very helpful. Lazy and not accommodating.
-
Staff was very friendly and helpful Bed frame felt like it was a box made of metal that made noise at every move. Children above us was jumping and playing on the bed which made it hard to concentrate on anything else. Floor was dirty with debris. The duvet cover was dirty.
