Red Roof Inn Mt Laurel

Roaches everywhere I left immediately. The AC didn’t work. Water didn’t work. This place needs burned down.

Roomed smelled of old stale cigarettes, bugs everywhere, would not recommend

Didn’t book this trip tried to get a refund

Need update. Very dirty, found some cockroaches , some broken furniture

this was an absolute horrible. When we got to the room both of my beds, the blankets were filled with cigarette holes and it smelled absolutely horrible. I have a baby and I needed to feed her formula. I made ready bottles in the fridge for overnight as well as her formula and when I woke up in the night to feed her, they were frozen because of the the fridge! So I had to throw out two of my formulas that were over $20 each. When I asked for a new blankets at 9:20, they didn’t bring them in till after 10:15 and they only bought me one when I asked for two. And they woke up my children when they said they would be down to give them to me in five minutes.

I was sitting on the edge of the bed after my shower and I noticed something crawling on the floor. When I got up to look it was a roach . A second one appears and it was bigger I walked towards it and ran behind the refrigerator. I pulled it back to see another crawling on the wall ,one on the floor several dead flies and eggs from the roach all behind the refrigerator. I notified the front desk attendant and she moved us.

The room was not cleaned woth standards of the red roof inn No towels The things weren’t fully cleaned the ants in the bathroom signs of roaches the furniture or mirror were fully wiped off or cleaned Bed linen fully cigarettes burns on the blankets

All the furniture was all scratched up. The floors were scratched up the room wasn’t fully clean. It was quiet, but don’t think I’ll go there again.

As soon as we walk in the lights didn’t turn on. Use my flash light to check and found mold in bathroom sealing. The front desk offer to change rooms however after that was a helll no. So we had to sleep in the car till the next day to book a air bnb

Was disgusting, cockroaches everywhere, AC was not working and on top of everything they were not ready to refund my pay.

Smelled like smoke and one room didnt have ac and they wont move us to a different room

Room was scary and terrible and we couldn’t even get a good nights rest because we were scared of bugs. The sheets were dirty with visible stains .

Probably the worst hotel I ever stayed at for a night. I got into my room it was extremely hot like the heat was on. Even though the ac was turned all the way down. There were bugs all over the walls by the front door to enter the room. Stains all over the comforter to sleep with. Holes in the bathroom door. I asked for another room and they said they didn’t have any left. Which I find hard to believe. It smelled like weed through the whole complex when I asked for a room in the non smoking section. The freaking fire alarm was going off at 1:30am for over a half hour. Place was an absolute dump. Disgusting. Manager or owner should be ashamed of themselves. Not the proper way to run a business. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

When I booked in the afternoon the app said 5 rooms left, I booked it online - when I arrive at 8pm the hotel was sold out. The price was quite high for this class of hotel. Upon entering the room, my reaction was Eww, Ick. Yuck. The A/C was rusting (but it did work). The floors, desktop and chair were oddly sticky. The wheels on the desk chair were broken. The TV was the smallest I have ever seen in a hotel, the TV remote did not control the TV options (other than On/Off Channel Volume). I could not get the HDMI to work. The door to the bath had large gouges where the paint had come off. On the bed, there was only a top sheet, no light blanket of any kind. It was certainly the worst Red Roof room I have ever stayed at, and for the price (that I would normally get a Hamton Inn or similar for), it was outrageously gross. Yuck.

I knew I am booking a cheap motel just to spend the night, so I had very less expectation but this property was even worse. There wasn't even a trash can in our ‘superior’ room. Smelly room, Broken bathroom door, room floor damaged were few of the highlights. I have attached few pics for reference.

Worst motel I have ever been to.

Non smoking room had permeated smell of cigarettes with multiple accompanied cigarette burns on bedding. Bathroom door damaged and hairdryer broken.
