MainStay Suites Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia

I can’t wait to go there. Need to book it for more than a night.

I canceled my reservation when I got to the property. Well below standards I am used too. Dirty other guest was complaining. Not to my standard of hotels. Children running around, property unkempt, bathrooms filthy, receptionist rude. Receptionist refuse to give me confirmation canceling the room said they don't give. Contacted credit card company to ensure I was not charged. Would not recommend. Unsavory guest.

The room itself had potential to be nice, but then out came the cokroaches. My head had to stay on a swivel because they were coming out everywhere!! There is gatherings in the parking lots and at the door entrance/exits making it hard to freely come in and out. It was a more pricey hotel for the quality and company received!!

I like that the property was nice maintained very chisel grass. All the cars were parked in the same direction. There was no people hanging outside. I didn’t like that there was no Internet computer working. There was a computer there, but it wasn’t working or a printer. That’s very important to me when I travel.

They have roaches in this hotel Bugs and infestation

I usually don’t do reviews especially bad ones, but this took the cake. I must admit the room wasn’t dirty. However there were roaches in the bathroom and on the bed. A little back story: I arrived to the Hotel to check in. The front desk was very professional at the time at check in. After I checked in , I wanted to look at the room to see how it looked. When I walked in, it was “pretty clean” and not a bad room. I didn’t thoroughly look at the room because I was trying to get something to eat with my lady. Mind you it’s around 9:45, 10pm. After we came back from getting food. It’s around 11pm, 11:30. Mind you we didn’t even have no bags, nothing in the room until we came back from getting food. When we arrived to room. We walked in, you know how women are. She went right to that bed to check for bedbugs and went to the bathroom. Soon as I get in the bathroom, there was a roach casually walking on the sink countertop, and one walking up the wall in the shower. Then I hear my lady shout “it’s a roach on the bed” so you know what that means. We are leaving and Take your butt down to the front desk and get your money back. That’s what I did. Soons I get to the lobby there are guest down there for the same exact thing I’m there for….ROACHES. When I went to the front desk to tell the lady. Immediately her face expression change like she was offended that I ask for a refund. Mind you I didn’t use the room. So she tried to excuse us that we use the room and we can’t get a refund

Terrible place dirty smell weed and loud music all night, lots of cockroach disgusting

I enjoyed my stay at the property. It actually felt like I was in a small apartment.

I really enjoy my stay they are very kind and the staff made me feel very comfortable I will stay here in the future

The staff was really helpful at check-in and my stay was awesome. I will definitely be staying here again.

Worst place I ever stayed crack heads and drug dealers. Pets that were too big to be at a hotel. Elevator was broken for over three weeks. Hotel room was not secured properly we did not feel safe
