I really enjoy my stay they are very kind and the staff made me feel very comfortable I will stay here in the future

The staff was really helpful at check-in and my stay was awesome. I will definitely be staying here again.

They had roaches I need a refund

Worst place I ever stayed crack heads and drug dealers. Pets that were too big to be at a hotel. Elevator was broken for over three weeks. Hotel room was not secured properly we did not feel safe

Roach infested, smelled like cigarettes and other lingering smells.

There were roaches everywhere. The entire place smelled like a combination of weed, cigarettes, and Fabuloso. Disgusting. Will never stay again

Due to hiked local hotel costs, tried this hotel. Next time, I would spend the inflated prices. Was basically a welfare hotel.

There were no amenities, there were roaches in the room !! Room 210 to be exact! They weren’t helpful about anything, the hallway smelled like a freshly lit cigarette & it smelled like there was water damage in the room . They didn’t accommodate us for the inconvenience or anything. Don’t go there! It looks nice on the website but it’s a disaster in there!

Hotel was dirty smell so bad bowel movement on sofa had a fowl order

The hotel advertised 3 queen beds in this suite. There were only 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa mattress. The sofa had a sheet but no pillows or blankets. No one was at the front desk to help. Additionally, the whole hotel smelled terribly.
