MainStay Suites Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia

There were roaches everywhere. The entire place smelled like a combination of weed, cigarettes, and Fabuloso. Disgusting. Will never stay again

Due to hiked local hotel costs, tried this hotel. Next time, I would spend the inflated prices. Was basically a welfare hotel.

There were no amenities, there were roaches in the room !! Room 210 to be exact! They weren’t helpful about anything, the hallway smelled like a freshly lit cigarette & it smelled like there was water damage in the room . They didn’t accommodate us for the inconvenience or anything. Don’t go there! It looks nice on the website but it’s a disaster in there!

The staff was amazing. The young lady that sits at the front desk. It’s half hotel and shelter. The shelter people be outside the facility all day and all night. It was a roach in our room. There were old ketchup packets under the bed. The room and the hallways have an odor.

Hotel was dirty smell so bad bowel movement on sofa had a fowl order

Additionally, the whole hotel smelled terribly.

Staying in the room allowed us to feel as if we were in an apartment- full kitchen to cook so we were able to save on money. We found a roach in our room at 3 am and had to pack everything up and switch rooms.

As soon as I arrived, they asked for my card for a $100 “security deposit”?. I’ve never had that before. We were just stopping for 5 hours of sleep on a road trip. This place is very old and it appears that everything has been touched-up and jury-rigged for the last 50 years.

Upon arrival we were met with police officers about six cars of them at check in Then when we were in the room they had air conditioners set up through the window, where it wasn’t set up properly, so the windows were open and bugs were coming in on top of that we found roaches in the room we did not stay the night we left immediately. They did not refund my money. The first night they charged me for that night, I left never again.

Moved to a different room in the middle of the night and woke up seeing more ROACHES!!! You don’t intend to stay at a hotel and expect ROACHES but this property clearly has them.

In this case you really get what you pay for. It is a very run down property with very strong smells of weed in the hallways. Staff is fine and friendly but we are definitely not returning.

Only 1 burner work and the heat didn’t work properly, service really bad we asked for extra blanket they never bring it to us and the rug is dirty

It was a great atmosphere. It was very comfortable. The service was spectacular.

I really enjoyed my stay at MainStay Suites Mt Laurel - Philadelphia. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a kitchenette, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was friendly, and the quiet, convenient location made the stay even more comfortable.
