Great place to stay rooms are very clean and comfortable

Air conditioner would not constantly run even though we lowered the temp and set to cool. Blue goo on ceiling, bed was very firm, and pillows very lumpy. When we arrived, I confirmed we had a room that slept 5, and had a couch for teen to sleep on, was told no, but we could pay for a roll away. When I mentioned that I reserved a room that slept 5, they shrugged their shoulders and said they didn’t know what to tell me. Teen agreed to just sleep with two younger siblings, but when we arrived in the room, there was in fact a couch. Hard as a rock couch that doesn’t pull out, and has no padding. There was no extra bedding in the room and when I went to ask for bedding for it, I was allowed 1 pillow and 1 cover up blanket. Short, curly, coarse hairs on the floor in the bathroom and bath tub. Also no ice machine that we could find. We made the room work, but expect more from a room that costs $275 for one night.

Very nice clean hotel. My only complaint was breakfast was disappointing. The potatoes looked like they were dumped out of a freezer bag and microwaved. Also I picked a bagel that was hard and staled and then next choice was English muffin which also was not fresh. Limited yogurt just one sugared flavor and only apple as fruit choice

Location and split rooms

Room was fair

The rooms have hard flooring which offers no sound Barrier like carpet. I could hear every move from the room above mine

We usually stay at double tree executive suites when traveling with my husband, this time I went solo just to see my mother and grandmother who just got out of the hospital, I booked it for a cheaper price, and was impressed that they were as good! Clean, efficient, welcoming front desk, clean spacious (king) room, renovated (even granite in the bathroom shower) and ideally located in this ideal retirement town, one can even work at the spacious tables with chargers in the breakfast area, very quiet and safe place

I was here only for one night. Very convinient hotel. Clean, the free breakfast is very good. The front desk staff very helpful and the restaurant staff where great. Free shuttle to the airport is a bonus. The bed are a bit hard for my comfort but would stay again if needed.

Great Hotel for the price

Room was very comfortable and accommodating. The front desk staff was polite. Unfortunately when asked about food recommendations, she didn't know because she travels for work. We would definitely go back should we need to.

Quiet, clean, updated hotel. Decent breakfast basic gym . Room size was very generous comfortable bed. Friendly helpful staff overall very good.

Since the hotel was renovated it's much nicer little pricey been here many times Price used to be much better

Cancel the booking 3 mins after getting confirmation. Charged the whole amount. I call this stealing.

It was a good cozy stay. I will be going back. Thank you to the staff
