La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia

We had an issue with water coming in our room from a neighboring room. The staff was friendly and helpful and changed our room immediately. I would definitely stay at these properties again.

Clean and efficient property. Newer. Very thin walls between rooms. Heard every personal noise next door.

A really nice and spacious hotel. Everything was clean and up to date. Water pressure sucked but that may have only been my room specifically. The staff was welcoming if not a bit obsessive with the question of where I was traveling with a dog, which I was not. They asked 3 different times. No clue there.... Parking is free, shopping and restaurants were abundant.

The overall stay was decent. The room was clean. Most staff were friendly with the exception of one of the receptionist… she was extremely RUDE. I went to report that the lamp was out and she handed me a lightbulb and asked if I could replace it smh. There were electrical issues/ power outages. Aside from that it’s an okay stay for a quick trip home to visit family. My husband and I are from the area, but moved to Los Angeles.

We had a great stay. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was so, so. I will say the lobby is gorgeous. The tv, in my room, only had a firestick stream option and it wanted me to subscribe for Netflix! I pay for the hotel and you now want me to pay for tv? I opted for Amazon Prime, since I have that...then it cut off Monday night and yesterday...due to internet loss. Huh?

The room was somewhat clean, but there was a terrible smell throughout the entire hotel and room, so bad that I decided to check out the next day. Finding another hotel last minute was a hassle.

Property was clean, quiet and wasn’t far from shops.

Customer service was horrible

Location and breakfast. Parking lot safe with lots of light. Front desk helpful. Too many people smoking pot outside at times, some clientele were grimey, service every 3 days. No housekeeping after 4 pm or before 11 am, have to get stuff yourself from front desk like towels and toiletries.

Breakfast was not great. We actually didn’t get to eat because electricity went out and didn’t come back on before we left. No biscuits. Sausage links get old. No muffins or sweet rolls. Unable to use waffle maker.

Newly renovated property, though some of the decisions made during the process could have been better. i.e. Exit from one side of the bed steps right on the air conditioner.
