Knights Inn Mount Laurel

The staff was fine . But overall stay was horrible . The sheets was dirty , the bathroom was horrible . The floors was not clean . Both my child socks and my were beyond flithy. I'm so glad I had my own covers because me and my son slept on top of our own stuff . There were outlets had wires hanging out of it . I would never book here again. I'm glad this was such a last minute booking

Room was supposed to be 2 queen beds. They were actually doubles. They were hard as a rock. Rooms are super dated and have had the landlord special done on them. Tub had mold around the edges. I guess you don't get much for the money in this area though. Room was non smoking but you could smell smoke slightly. Check in was a little weird. They were behind a bullet proof window. Makes you wonder what the area was like. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

Trash. None of the pictures look anything like any of the rooms. The second we got into the room, the floors were sticky. The paint in the room is a dark midnight blue. Single coat, so you can see white specs bleeding through. The tile in front is the vanity for the bathroom mirror was cracked like something extremely heavy was smashed from on it. The entire room smelled like cigarette smoke with the comforter hanging multiple cigarette burn marks in it. Even the remote control was sticky! We brought our own bedsheets and left them behind on purpose. There was no love seat in the room, as advertised. The thermostat was pretty much for decoration. No matter how cool we wanted it, it wouldn't drop past 79°F. It was such a disappointment. The room was also a good $60 overpriced. We paid about $125 for it. Even after changing rooms, it was still pretty much the same minus the string cigarette smell. It was still there but no as powerful. Avoid this place at all costs. It's not with it at all.

Don’t bother coming here. You would do better sleeping in your car!! Our toilet wasn’t even clean and the smell was awful. We checked in and pretty much left after seeing the room. Went to the front desk to let them know and he could’ve cared less.

This room looked nothing like the pictures. The room was filthy and the floors were sticky. The bathroom was very messy, and the shower looked awful. Not sure where those people who rated it 8/10 and higher stayed, but it sure wasn't here. Only 2 pillows on the world's worst mattress. It was overall an awful experience. If I could have gotten my money back I would definitely have stayed somewhere else.

Its in a good location and 2 of the staff members are very nice. Basic TV sets, rooms often have bugs, untrustworthy tubs and toliets. Two ppl in a room one rag really weird about giving washcloths and many times they have stains. Over priced for the look of those rooms and noisey ppl outside of the rooms.

The pictures of the lobby a complete sham. The lobby was locked and almost boarded up- I received the key through a gated window. After going to the room- the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was an old soap still in the shower. I did not stay the night.

Upon arrival, the property looked disgusting. I regretfully decided to give it a chance. It is very run down. For check in I had to wait behind a bulletproof window so they can figure out the best and most accommodating room to give me.The parking lot was empty, but it made sense to her to give us a room on the 2nd floor, in the back of the building. It was pretty much as far away as you can get from check in. It was difficult to find the room as there were no signs to show what room number was down each hallway and the hallways seemed to not be in numerical order like most places are. The room hadn't been cleaned. The sheets, blanket, everything in the room for that matter, smelled like dirty laundry.The plastic to enclose the mattress, for which I assume was for a bed bug issue, was unzipped. Further inspection revealed the zipper was missing. The curtains, walls, refrigerator, microwave were questionable stains. Also there was only 1 half roll of toilet paper and no towels. There were cigarette burns all over. The hair dryer didn't work. Paint was just slopped on the walls. One positive thing I noticed, there was a fresh garbage bag in the bathroom. No bag in the other garbage can though. In hindsight, I guess it's positive I didn't see any roaches. At 10pm there were 3 cop cars in the parking lot, some kind of bust. THE PICTURES ARE DECEIVING. Save yourself money and the disgust, go elsewhere. Trust the bad reviews.
