Super 8 by Wyndham Mount Laurel

I paid for a “smoking” room when i booked it but to get there and find out they don’t allow smoking

Most of the days lift/elevator did not work and had to use the stairs, stairs were terrible smelling with pee, smoke, weed, what not

Comforter was ripped. Breakfast wasn't ready at 6. Hotel was filthy. Guest WiFi didn't work.

Large and comfortable room,helpful staff,garden surrounding ecc... Breakfast to improve a bit.

Easy access. The internet isn’t stable enough for business users. This should be fixed. Dirty carpet and chairs.

Very old building, they advertise continental breakfast but all you get is an apple and a granola bar, coffee and watery juice. Floors smell terrible including strong marihuana at times. Avoid if possible

Every blanket had cigarette holes in them , the shower stalls were cracked open

Our room did not appear to be super clean when we arrived. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and the floors in the main areas were very dirty. The breakfast only consisted of yogurt and granola bars. We thought they would at least have muffins or bagels.

Nothing! The property was very filthy and had bad smell.

Price and location The smell of marijuana in the halls. Ice machine did not work. Coffee machine with coffee supplies not available in the room.

Staff great, rooms ok, beds awesome, location great, breakfast AWFUL.

also, the walls were very thin. I could hear the couple in the next room.

I gotta say it really was the furthest thing from a breakfast!

Nonexistent breakfast Lumpy pillows air conditioner kept coming on every couple of minutes smelled like cannibus on the floor not in the room

It's a good reasonable new hotel. They told us every morning and evening that tomorrow the lift will be repaired

It was nice. Clean, and comfortable. But inconsistent in policies Inconsistency from employee to employee

It was very outdated and needed to be upgraded. The blankets had holes and the room had no microwave or coffee past. The furniture was in the room was very used and outdated. One of the rules we were in the bathroom toilet didn’t work the next room. They took us to the keys wouldn’t work then the TV stopped working then the elevator stopped working. I’m watching elderly people go up the steps with their inhalers trying to make it to the fourth floor. It was totally a disgrace that they took so long getting that elevator fixed. The breakfast was hideous who serves cookies for morning breakfast. It was just a mess.
