Great trip

The staff were lovely and the room was clean.

Very clean and well-maintained facilities. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

$651 for 2 days. The restaurant was so loud the front desk could not hear me speaking in front of them. No trash liners - front desk had attitude and self preservation when informed - even handed it to me so I could put them myself, so sweet. Older male at front desk saw me at 5:15am (empty lobby), did an about-face and completely ignored my morning greeting of, “Good morning”. General moody staff. (However) The employee who checked me in and out is a superstar! She was so good. I thought she could bring this place back up in ranking. Breakfast opened an hour late. Food staff talked to other people but I felt like an alien with three heads the way they treated me?? I was also the only one who tipped so maybe don’t do that in order too get decent treatment like maybe a smile or a thank you??! Wow, don’t walk, run away!

The staff were the absolute BEST. The hotel itself, not so much.

The location and the room were nice. The water was hot, and the room was cozy. The beds could be a little comfortable and I feel like for the price we could have gotten a better room.

2. Toilet paper was substandard, had to go out and buy my own.

You didn’t tell us pool was closed or that the included breakfast wasn’t continental . Breakfast were premade and heated up and menu very limited. No microwave in room. A/c was very loud , pool closed and not notified of this when making reservation through your site. Cost was very high.

The hotel had a power outage when we stayed there no AC, no TV no electrical outlets and no hot water. The front desk was like oh well we're working on it. No estimated time of fixing it. This was really disappointing since it was so expensive.

Surprised not to have ANY kind of complimentary breakfast. I cannot remember the last hotel I used where I had to buy even a continental breakfast.

It was neat and clean Same old tired design as a 1000 other M properties. Higher rate than comparable hotels in area and they could’nt offer a complimentary cup of Coffee on a Sunday morning, big time violation for me.

Older hotel but well maintained

Staff was not accommodating.

Elevator was out. Fortunately we were on 2nd floor. I have a bad back. House keeping knocked on the door at 8:30 am. Never got back to sleep that was the worst part of the stay.
