Great staff clean well maintained but no pool. Its there but not in service

It’s a great hotel to use if you have a concert in the Philly area and you’re from out of town.

No maid service during a 4 night stay. Coffee service, guest amenities, terry and linens not replaced.

We stayed for 2 nights. It worked for those 2 nights. Clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Definitely wont stay more than 2 nights here with the bed.

Ice machine was broken on our floor and an elevator wasn’t working. After traveling all day it was rather a pain to have to walk so far to the elevator.

Excellent location Nice clean room, no bugs Appreciated Microwave and Fridge Especially appreciated looking at a looseleaf notebook regarding items in the free breakfast, many of which were kosher. Freezer was not cold enough, ice cream melted but it worked fine when I turned it up, so it turned out to be fine.
