The Westin Mount Laurel

The bathroom shower didn’t have cool or cold water, paint was peeling from the ceiling, rooms were outdated and in need of a major renovation.

I highly recommend this hotel for business or personal use. Rooms were clean and spacious. We selected the breakfast package and the staff running the restaurant was pleasant and gave excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service from everyone we were in contact with. My only concern was the front desk staff should be dressed appropriately, this is the front desk and the first thing customers see. Casual wear there was a little too casual everyday that we were there.

It was ok, not like and other Westin Hotel I have been to. The only available microwave was somewhere in the downstairs lobby, not offered in the room. And there was a surprise fee for parking.

Great service, very clean, outstanding food! The window in the room had seal broken, so I couldn't see outside through the fogging.

The staff was very friendly,professional and courteous.

Everything was very nice

It’s fine for a hotel off the NJ Turnpike. My complaint is that they started charging for parking, which is insane for a suburban area like this. No other hotel nearby charges for parking.
