The Westin Mount Laurel

Staff was very good. Attentive Food was not very hot. Didn't monitor refilling enough

The staff was the best part. They make you feel welcomed. The room was a nice size. The fitness room was great with extra details at this price point other hotels don’t offer. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi is a nice feature. The breakfast buffet is a great value. While we enjoyed stay overall. I’m a detail person. It’s definitely time for them to start updating. Wallpaper is curling and the rugs are definitely outdated and stained beyond repair. Our tv was on its way out and the drains are very slow. The pool and jacuzzi while nice needs updating in near future.

I stayed at the Westin Mt Laurel for a wedding. The property was clean, staff were pleasant and this hotel is conveniently located near restaurants.

Everything about the Westin Mount Laurel was excellent and I would recommend this hotel you won’t be disappointed. It was wonderful!

I love this location. It's close to stores, staff is pleasant, rooms are comfy. The room i had this time around was a little worse for wear. Banged up furniture and what looked like burn marks in the carpet.

Overall good. Showers were very good. And beds comfortable Service feel little short. Front desk offered to deliver our wedding group gift to room sine it was not available at checkin and forgot about it. Our room was not on breakfast list next morning after paid for it and staff turned us away and did not bother to check

I wouldn't stay here. Old and room was not clean.

Adjusting the temperature was a bit challenging--the force of the AC was so great that making it a few degrees warmer didn't make much of a difference, especially when the temperature at the end of August had cooled down some.

It’s a big “event” hotel, and gets crazy busy when something is going on—Biggest concern issue regarding that was noisy partygoers returning to their rooms in the wee hours— But all in all a very nice hotel.

We were there with a group of 30 parents/kids - rooms were clean & as advertised.

This trip was to see the Dodgers and Phillies play their series for a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday games. We were further away from the facility but are very familiar with the hotel and surrounding area so we decided to stay again, a bit of loyalty shown.. The accommodations are just a bit dated and we struggled to make the breakfast schedule additionally the hours of operation for the bar and restaurant are a bit inconvenient. They are closed much more than they are opened, as a quest, if you spend money for amenity's such as bar and restaurant, make them more accessible to your quest the large window between breakfast ending and lunch beginning then again a break between lunch and dinner service and then closing relatively early during the week is all too much down time! I was turned away more than I was served!

The room was clean and obviously there was attention to details with the little touches like tissue designs. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The room just had an unusual Oder and the rug needs replacing. Staff were amazingly attentive and responsive.
