DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Mt. Laurel

Great today rooms was clean and the place was amazing I just wish they clean the pool every night

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and we liked that the bedroom was separate. The pool was great and the water temperature was perfect.

I love this hotel, but my last couple of visits disappointed me because the pool and jacuzzi spa were not in proper operating order. The pool was fine for the most part, but there was some debris floating in it. The jacuzzi was not as hot as a spa should be and the jets were not working. These items are one of the main reasons that I always book with you when I come to the Mt. Laurel area.

We had a nice two room suite that was close to the elevators and parking. The room was handicapped accessible, although we didn't need that feature.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. Our first room was in the “falls” but was more like on the interstate 295. We requested to change rooms and the new suite didn’t have AC (hot in June) So we ended up being downgraded. Never saw the gardens as shown. Spoiled my birthday weekend. Very disappointed.

Clean and newly renovated. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Good location and comfortable for a quick stay or extended vacation.

What an experience here at the double tree in mount laurel NJ smh. DoubleTree by Hilton From first glance it’s a beautiful hotel but it seems that service isn’t a priority because during our stay here this weekend it has been 92 degrees and the humidity is high as well. We have requested assistance for them to service the air conditioning because it’s NOT working, the person came last night and reset it and it still didn’t work so he gave us a fan, so basically blowing heat around smh. Requested help today, someone came and did the same thing as the other guy and it still doesn’t work. It’s been 78 degrees in this room since we’ve been here smh. It’s really ridiculous and to make things worse we have three little kids with us. It’s way too hot outside for this to be an issue that is not prioritized for paying customers, especially because the room is NOT cheap. We have also requested after speaking to the Manager to be moved to a different room and were told we would be moved in 2 hours which was followed by a call from Front Desk saying they can't move us and would have someone up to the room to fix the AC in 30 minutes. No one showed smh we are in town for a funeral so it's already been a tough weekend. Honestly didn't expect this kind of service.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful .

My only complaint is the pool it was disgusting looked moldy my kids were looking forward to get in but once they saw the pool we were all disgusted & went back into the room which was nice & clean

I really like this property. Clean, modern and pleasant. To make it a true 10/10 for me I would have liked if there was a hot tub but that’s just a personal preference.

The staff were friendly. Facility was clean and larger than I thought it was. Maybe it was me. But I couldn’t find the ice machine.

Clean nice indoor heated pool.breakfast buffet very good.offered omlettes and french toast and pancakes. Though not a free breakfast that many hotels offer food much better than free breakfasts
