Beautiful clean rooms. It’s a large facility but they have great parking around each area.

The hotel was beautiful. The room was beautiful. The property was beautiful. I highly recommend this property. I traveled with family and felt very safe. The area is quiet as well. It was approx a 20 min drive from Philly. I would stay here again and again. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. The rooms are a great size for families and to get stretch out a little. The beds are heavenly. I had some of the best night sleeps in a long time. I will think of the beds often. We didn't get our cookies when we arrived but the beds made up for it. Miss you already, bed.

Property need’s upkeep; staff needs to be friendlier

The layout of the room was nice and it was clean. The pool was a little small for the size of the hotel which made it crowded. The balcony was dirty and needed to be power washed badly. Front desk staff were very pleasant. Overall a nice stay.

The staff assistance to any request was excellent. Just wanted to do a shout out to Joseph and Vincent who made our stay here pleasant.

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean and we liked that the bedroom was separate. The pool was great and the water temperature was perfect.

I love this hotel, but my last couple of visits disappointed me because the pool and jacuzzi spa were not in proper operating order. The pool was fine for the most part, but there was some debris floating in it. The jacuzzi was not as hot as a spa should be and the jets were not working. These items are one of the main reasons that I always book with you when I come to the Mt. Laurel area.

We had a nice two room suite that was close to the elevators and parking. The room was handicapped accessible, although we didn't need that feature.

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place. Our first room was in the “falls” but was more like on the interstate 295. We requested to change rooms and the new suite didn’t have AC (hot in June) So we ended up being downgraded. Never saw the gardens as shown. Spoiled my birthday weekend. Very disappointed.
