DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Mt. Laurel

Nice place with kind staff - we were upgraded to a bigger room which helped us a lot. Good value for money. Beds and bathrooms are clean and tidy. 30 minutes driving from Philadelphia airport. We were 5 persons, so we knew that one of us would sleep on the sofa bed - however it was very uncomfortable and none of the children could sleep on it... Finally I closed it back and slept on the sofa itself, and it was fine that way.

Spotlessly clean, excellent and responsive staff, and comfortable bedding. What more could you ask for.

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times and really enjoyed the stay. However, this experience was not great. I paid for a King Suite as usual but ended up with a room with a mini fridge and a microwave, no sink. The mini fridge smelled like garbage so we couldn’t use it. The coffee station had two creamers and two Splenda’s so no way to make coffee for two people unless you like it black. Lastly, the room door bolt lock was misaligned so I couldn’t lock the door. Not sure that I will be staying there again.

One tv remote did not work and then when I came back to hotel on Wednesday there were ants. Ants climbing on the walls, on the furniture, etc. No food so not sure why but too late to change rooms as I was exhausted. Hotel also very confusing with limited signs.
