The room could have been cleaned better , the shower door was a bit dirty. It would be nice to have more trash bags accessible in the room. The elevator makes a lot of noise when operating . The pool is nice but I wish they kept it open longer for adults , or close it early for children , hard to enjoy it sometimes with so many kids in there

Large German shepherd tried to attack me as I was getting off the elevator. I pressed the elevator button to close the doors, got off at the second floor and ran. The staff agreed with me that service dogs do not try to attack people. The dog stood above my head and launched at me. The owner said, it’s ok and he hit the dog. I told the front desk to run the recording back to see what happened since there is a camera there. Microwave and refrigerator were dirty. Garbage disposal made the suite smell like sewage. By the time, they could switch suites, it was late at night and we were checking out the next day so it was pointless. We waited all day to switch rooms because the manager said the other suite would be clean in 20 minutes. Turns out not true. Bedding was wrinkled badly. I was told that I could not get a refund. The kitchen worker rudely came over and made my waffle. I never asked for help. I knew what I was doing. He just walked out the kitchen and took over with a rude attitude. The coffee was cold and everyone was complaining. Breakfast was nasty and limited for the price. Our cards were turned off a day before we were to checkout. I drove to the front entrance as the dining hall was too far. When I drove back to the door closest to my room, I could not get in. I had to call the hotel to send someone to let me in. I stood in the rain for 20 minutes holding food at the door. Staff opened the door and gave new key cards. HORRIBLE STAY!!!! Nice staff though.

Enjoyed the breakfast but they did not have brown sugar, were out of flavored creamer and had plastic wrapper pieces in the spreadable cream cheese. The sleeper sofa killed my back. That cot must be what it’s like to try and sleep on something in jail. Also the indoor pool was FREEZING!

Clean room, comfy bed, and nice breakfast area.

The suite was spacious and worked perfectly for our family. We had a king-size bed, two queen-size beds, a pullout sofa, a full kitchen, and a dining table, which gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. We especially appreciated being able to have groceries delivered from Walmart and prepare food in the kitchen. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff working in the breakfast area were friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The front desk staff were also very welcoming, informative, and professional throughout our stay. The room appeared clean overall, but there were a few minor housekeeping issues. We noticed some stains in one of the refrigerator drawers and a bit of dust in the main bathroom. These were not major concerns and did not impact our stay, but they are areas that could use a little more attention. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again because of the spacious accommodations, friendly staff, great breakfast, and convenient location.

Second time staying here. Very clean and friendly staff!

Unfortunately, the hotel made it incredibly difficult to change our stay. We also waited a while to get into our room, even though we showed up after the noted check-in time. The room was a little dirty and the couch needed to be replaced. The breakfast was the highlight with better-than-usual options, and the attendant was fantastic.

Room was clean and room a good size. Wish breakfast a litttle different not many options

Staff very good 👍

Excellent location near main highways, yet room was quiet at night. The pool was adequate size. The lobby seemed a little small, but was OK. The food was average - felt sort of corporate. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The rooms are spread out length-wise, so expect a lot of walking to get to your place. Once there, you can park near an entrance. Pricing was fair.

The warmest greeting when I walked in the front desk was so kind and helpful!

One of the two key cards didn’t work for my room. When I told the front desk rep that night she kindly corrected the issue but afterwards the key still didn’t work for my room nor did it work for entry into any of the amenities. I didn’t go back and tell her again because it was whatever that night and I didn’t want to keep pressing the issue. However, I did tell a different front desk agent the next morning about that same key. Another thing, the room I stayed in has one too many holes and oddly placed screws for my liking. My partner and I were pretty suspicious the whole night as there are discrete cameras being made these days. I’m not saying the hotel has them in their rooms nor am I saying that one was found. All i’m saying is, you could never be too sure these days with how the world is today.

Room scent was not pleasant.

-full size refrigerator -2 burner electric stove/microwave -dishwasher -pots/pans -plates/bowls/coffee mugs/silverware/glasses My biggest compliment has to go out to the staff! They were great! A few to point out: Connor (front desk when we arrived): He literally showed up to work and was bombarded by several guests who were trying to check-in. He had no rooms available for all of us @3pm, 4pm, 4:45pm. There was a huge soccer tournament in town and they all decided to leave later then check out time, which gave limited staff enough time to clean the rooms. He was confronted by several rude guests who demanded a room ASAP. He handled it so well! Very apologetic and accommodating. Rina (Jack of ALL trades): this woman was everywhere! She did an amazing job making sure the breakfast was wonderful and clean and stocked. She also made a point to make sure my son & myself were comfortable & all needs met when we were locked out of our room due to a malfunctioning door lock. Ms. B (night mgr?): We were locked out of our room temporarily & she went out of her way to accommodate guests checking in & handling our situation at the same time. Very professional. Dana (?) maintenance: During all of the chaos of checking in, he made sure to help out Connor & was helping assist everyone.

2nd floor hall had bad oder, room wasn’t much better, doors and door casings where people put their hands were dirty, and gross, was horribly uncomfortable, I’ve seen cleaner couches in college dorms, the couch mattress was thin, and my daughter kept complaining about being poked with springs, the site glass in the coffee pots in the breakfast room were so dirty. You could hardly tell how much coffee was in the pot, the bottom of the pool had a layer of grime, and you could literally see the brown in the bottom.

This was the worst hotel that my family and I has ever stayed in, and we have stayed at plenty of hotels up and down the East Coast. The hotel was understaffed. We had chicken bones and used contact lenses under our bed and that’s just name a couple of things. I highly do not recommend this hotel.
-
Nothing Food was terrible, pool was gross, service was terrible, room wasn’t ready for check in time and we were turned away to come back an hour and a half later
-
The hotel manager. There were some crumbs in the pull out sofa and no sheets.
