Red Carpet Inn- Maple Shade/Philadelphia

First, this is a Red Carpet Inn, not a Motel 6, which caused us to drive around a bit before we went inside and asked. Luckily, they had our booking. There are people residing at this motel but they were very quiet and kept to themselves. The location was perfect for us. You can tell they are trying to keep the place nice but up close, there’s peeling paint and some things are old. Nonetheless, the room was spotless with a nice, comfortable bed. We brought our own pillows, thankfully. There were 3 small, soft pillows for a king size bed. The bathroom was good, clean and partially updated. Nice counters. Very pleasant night and it was a good price for the area.

Room was clean, but, most of the furniture showed signs of wear and need of repair or replacement. Ceiling was dirty, probably because it was a smoking room. Missing paint chips in the ceiling of room & bathroom. Otherwise, the room was clean and functional. Quiet and no problems during our stay.

Was by far the worse roo. I have ever stayed i There were hairs in the bed sheets and shit on bathroom walls. Could not stay there left after 30 min thought I was gonna catch something horrible horrible horrible. Would never recommend it to my worse enemy Everything

This is the second stay here for us so it's not terrible. The deterioration of the building is noticeable especially in the stairwells. The bathroom door wasn't structurally sound. That having been said, we had an acceptable stay and the staff was pleasant enough. Not worthy of more than 3 stars but definately not deserving of two stars.
