I ask for a none smoking room and it wasn't. It smell so bad I couldn't sleep due to the lack of breathing. The floors were never swept, there was leftover hairs in bathtub. TV remote was not working. I requested to leave the same day after booking for 2. Was denied after I showed proof of the situation. After traveling 18 hours driving. I just wanted affordable but clean place was none of that for 94 a night. Could have been at least clean. Please save your money and keep looking. This place is not it. I still left the same night. Took the loss. But found something worth sleeping well over.

I like(d) how convenient and affordable this place is for when I’m in town when my mom needs transfusions done it’s a quick place to catch rest while I wait- but will no longer return I come here at least once a month. I know that gentleman that’s there in the morning. She was very kind and accommodating. I’m not the type of person that goes into a room to cause damages or cause chaos to a property however, when I had checked out last night there was a different man who insisted on checking the room before we got our deposit back, which was totally OK. I understand that I’ve seen this man once before, and he did the same thing while he went into the room and told me I can’t get my deposit back because the room we were staying in the light fixture on a wall had a crack on it that caused a part I guess to fall off. Which was like that when I arrived as I did not really touch any lights, I was just there to catch some rest. I did not touch the light instead when I noticed that piece on the ground when I went into the room, I picked it up and put it on the desk. That man was not there to know if it happened before I came or not. He didn’t ask us if it was like that. He just assumed that I caused damage to his property which I would never in 1 million years do. Bel-Air is not the most fanciest place but for a couple hours of sleep and the price I can’t beat that however, I will no longer be returning after yesterday. I’m not like the sketched out people that do stay there/live there. I’m a quiet self kept individual simply catching rest waiting for her mother The gentleman who is there in the mornings is always very kind talkative sociable and accommodating, but the gentleman I dealt with yesterday is the sole reason why this place has now lost my monthly business
