We were pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. It seems to be a gem in Mount Laurel. The rooms are modern with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Nothing.

The front desk said that no pool because it was in maintenance and they are making a conference hall. So the hotel shouldn’t advertise its amenities with swimming pool.

Check in was a breeze. Front desk gentleman was very friendly. Room was nice and clean.

The beds are very uncomfortable. There are no liners in the waste paper baskets the front desk does nothing to help you and most of all when I was checking out with my husband the front desk person asked us if we wanted breakfast since we had a a long drive. We told her now I took the luggage out to our car and return the cart within a minute and ask for a bagel and she told me it was too late breakfast is over, and I should drive over to Starbucks to get it. Really you just told me we could get breakfast. The room for two nights was $817 total not worth it. I have traveled all over the world and I’ve never experienced this. The ice machine is only on the first floor making it very inconvenient to just go to your floor and grab some ice, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else
