It was awesome

There was no microwave in the room

Check in was a breeze. Front desk gentleman was very friendly. Room was nice and clean.

The beds are very uncomfortable. There are no liners in the waste paper baskets the front desk does nothing to help you and most of all when I was checking out with my husband the front desk person asked us if we wanted breakfast since we had a a long drive. We told her now I took the luggage out to our car and return the cart within a minute and ask for a bagel and she told me it was too late breakfast is over, and I should drive over to Starbucks to get it. Really you just told me we could get breakfast. The room for two nights was $817 total not worth it. I have traveled all over the world and I’ve never experienced this. The ice machine is only on the first floor making it very inconvenient to just go to your floor and grab some ice, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else

Perfect location , room was super clean, bright and comfortable! Great stay would recommend and will be back.

Clean modern hotel with great staff. Pet friendly. Hotel is very load. There were drunk people all night yelling in the hall. Every time we fell back asleep it seemed like another party rolled through. Apparently there were 3 weddings there the night we were. It was an expensive room to get no sleep.

Noise was awful. There is no carpet so you can hear everything. A door slamming was like the loudest door slamming in America. The people next to us had an after party and then their kids came in and had another party in the morning at 7. Worst neighbors ever

Perfect bedding Clean room Time for new carpet, drapes, paint, furniture. I won’t complain too much because the mount laurel location has signs stating they are starting renovations.
