Nothing Paying my deposit back and actually answering the phones

A bed to sleep in. No idea about any breakfast options. I reserved 2 double beds. They only had a queen, when I arrived. I had my 2 kids with me. No refrigerator in the room. The front desk person said the place was going thru renovations. At no point during making reservations did it say it was under renovations. I could’ve paid the same for a finished full service hotel. I had unexplained bug bite marks. Luckily the kids did not.

The first time I went was for 2 days and was charged a $50 refundable deposit upon check out cool. Since the hotel seemed pretty decent I booked another 2 days the following weekend and was charged $100 this time I explained that I only was charged $50 last week so why $100 this week and the response I got was it’s under new management. So I said the management changed within a week that was fast he responded no it’s been 2 months now. So please explain why one week I’m charged $50 and the next week $100 and it’s the same management. Stop playing with peoples money. Then on top of that there was no freaking heat on my last stay and the room was cold but there was no compensation for that. Probably would have gave a higher rating if it wasn’t for these issues

Only problem was the room was about 85° and there was no air. We were told not to put the air on. Myself and my daughter were at a softball tournament and neither of us slept more than 3 to 4 hours the night we were there. Way too hot.

the hotel had an issue with their heating system, we had to cancel after the 1st night since it was 50F.
