Sonesta Simply Suites Philadelphia Mount Laurel

Very nice hotel. Very relaxing.

I saw a roach in the bathroom and a few ants. There were no pots or pan. Not enough towels in the room. This hotel houses people who have vouchers and they live there! I was not happy and will book with this chain again

The room was lacking linen and the front desk person did not want to bring me linen. I hadn't stayed there for a while but the place is still the same. Time for an upgrade.

Nothing TV don’t work

Old Tired Dirty Unkempt

Tv remote wasn’t programmed to tv. Got multiple replacements with same problem. Had a handicap room. I had to use shower, lil did I know the entire floor filled with water. I got shower to prevent falling and almost fell in all the water anyway

I honestly didn’t make it past the lobby. Loose dogs, questionable guests and a frustrated front desk receptionist. Honestly even she looked out of place. Elevators weren’t working either and come to find out had been out of service for 2-3 DAYS with multiple floors. It seems like it was dogs everywhere, someone on the side of the building with mad bags like.. it just gave shelter. The smell, the looks, the vibe, for it to be a Sonesta? Ive been to multiple Sonesta’s and none of them looked like this! I’m not even the type to leave reviews but I canceled my room and left and booked elsewhere. My anxiety was through the roof after such a brief encounter, that place had bad energy.

Everything. I walked in the room and then I looked around and walked out and stayed somewhere else.

If you’re traveling with family or for business please don’t stay here. Rooms are smelly and not well maintained. Save yourself the agony and book somewhere else in the area that cost a bit more.

Serves our purpose was to have a place to sleep

Room not clean. No coffee pot, hangers, shampoo, dinner plates, pots/pans and those implements, no sharp knives, desk chair. AS I left a local cop told me not to stay there as it was dangerous!!!!!!!!!!

It needs major upgrades

We checked in and checked out 15 minutes later. 1st room had an air conditioner sitting on top of the broken air conditioner that was attached to the wall, furniture was torn, stained and broken. 2nd room had food and feces in the hallway on the floor outside and inside had food and vermin eating it. Checked out after that. Place seems to be being used for people that are on state funded program for displaced people. The only good thing was the manager was very nice and gave us a full refund. We ended up at the Residence Inn in Deptford which is wonderful!

Disappointing

Operators don’t know what they’re doing. Incompetence everywhere.

The room is nasty and smells like food… upon check in it took an hour cuz the receptionist couldn’t help any of the standing guests, in addition after he gave us the room key we went up and it didn’t work and we went back and up for 4 times till he gave us another room.

Absolutely nothing My room had bedbugs so they moved me to another room. I stayed a month and in that time I was in a room that had bedbugs, as well as a room filled with cockroaches. This place ks filthy and the rooms are falling apart. My furniture was falling apart and I had a broken office chair. There was a charge on my room for an additional $100 that I was told was a standard hold that would be removed but it was not.

I asked for a floor level. My husband has health problems. The room wasn't granted when wee got there. We had to walk up stairs. The staff wasn't moved by not having a proper room. In other words take it or leave it attitude for our stay. The water was dark when first ran. Im happy it was just overnight. I would not have stayed longer The whole experience
