This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The first room we checked into was not cleaned. The bed was not made and a shaver was left on a table. We asked the front desk staff to give us another room. The second room was better. The bed was made. However, the dishes were dirty, the floor was dirty, and some utensils (no forks) are missing. All shampoo, conditioner, and shower bottles are empty in the bathroom. Every furniture is dirty and in bad shape (broken lamp shades and broken desk chair). This is supposed to be a smoke free facility but the room smelled like cigarettes. There was a cigarette bud in a desk chair.

We ended up not staying here because when we checked into our room it was so awful. Dirty and not maintained. We got a room with a kitchen and it had only one knife and no other silverware. The furniture had been destroyed by a cat or some animal. It smelled terrible. It may have been a drug house. Did not feel safe around the clientele see the pictures. When we immediately checked out the front desk said they would cancel our reservation and get us a refund for the 3 nights we reserved and for the 3 nights we had the following week. They did not. We had to pay for the hotel even though we didn’t stay and had to pay for a new hotel. Worst place I have ever been. We have stayed at other Sonestas and they were great.

Not worth for the stay this kind of place

Was not the cleanest hotel. Amenities were definitely dated and lacking.
-
I arrived at the hotel 10 minutes early and was not allowed to check in which was very odd.

Room was in bad condition bath did not function could not it function had leave hotel

The decor was decent, as was the overall condition of the room. The room did not have an unpleasant odor (unlike cheaper hotels). The front desk clerk was not helpful when I pointed out the following: there is no lock on the window on the ground floor (serious personal safety issue), there was no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. I was told that these would both be rectified the next day….they were not. I went out to Home Depot and bought a 2x4, and went to Walmart for shampoo and soap. Also, the coffee maker and dishwasher did not work.

The area location, very quite. The smell in the room

Smell, did not feel clean, light fell down in elevator
-
Elevators were down had to walk to 3rd floor. TV remote was broke. Just. Bad experience. Front desk was nice

The A/C was not working when I checked in the room. I let the front desk know when I left for my event. When I returned, the room was too hot to sleep in. The hotel was fully booked so there wasn’t another room available. I checked out at 10:45 pm and drove 2.5 hours back home.

Nothing I checked out after 3 hours and did not stay at the hotel the remainder of the time and cancelled my stay from 6/27-6/28 I hope I won't be charged since I did not stary more than 3 hours See above comments room smelled and was not clean pieces of the furniture were missing

We made reservations to stay here but the property was so bad we had to book someplace else. We had a room with a kitchen but there weren’t even any dishes. The place smelled terrible and I did not feel safe around the people or area. The furniture was clearly ripped and scratched up from cats and dogs or ? Carpets stained. I would not sleep in the bed.

The place was smelly, moldy, and the quality of living was subpar.

First off, the elevator did not work. My room was on the 3rd floor and both staircases smelled like pet urine masked in tropical air fresheners. My room smelled like someone chain smoked for 2 weeks straight, and even though I was told that I was able to get a new room due to the smell the man at the front desk told me I could not. My room keys didn’t work so I had to keep going up and down those disgusting stairs to report it because the ringer on the front desk phones was off. The weird and unknown stains on the floor in the hallways were also trifling. I couldn’t even keep my bridesmaids dress for my sisters wedding in the room because of the smell and I had to use my asthma pump. They do not care how they treat their customers. I was told by the man at the front desk that it’s a 2 star hotel and I should have stayed somewhere else. Mind you my sister has stayed in Sonesta properties on many occasions so I thought I was in good hands…I guess not.
