Hampton Inn Philadelphia Mt. Laurel

the stucko in my room was peeling and coming off the ceiling but the staff was very nice and helpful and if I am back in the area, I would book again. Great breakfast, very fresh and plenty of variety for everyone

Room was clean and comfy. Front desk folks were very nice.

Problems with internet access, TV. Shower was not hot. Smokers (staff) at the main entrance. Breakfast was fair.

Deal - cheaper than most other hotels around. Cleanliness

Staff needs to lighten up more, no reason why you should be irritated at 12pm

I’ve stayed here before and had a great stay. This time was very different and that’s in part because they are undergoing renovations. Unfortunately I was in the room underneath it all. They cut off the water in the middle of the day and I was unaware that they would. It was a very inconvenient visit. The staff was as accommodating as they could be though.

Very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful Nothing comes to mind. It was a wonderful stay.

Staff was super friendly amd helpful. Hotel had everything we needed for our stay, breakfast, out door pool and laundry facilities. The hotel was being renovated but we were not at all inconvenienced.

I like the property after an altercation with one of the staff members at the desk. I booked a handicapped room due to on availability of our regular room. When my friend took a shower water ran all over the floor and around the toilet. I wanted to use the toilet and now there was a puddle. Went to the Desk and a girl named Nana told me that I couldn’t change rooms. She said and the change could not be made. I had booked that room and she was yelling at me. I told her it was dumb and she said you called me dumb and now you have to leave the property. I said I did not call you dumb but she just kept screaming at me and said she was going to call Police and they would make me leave. Finally a gentleman named James came out was very cordial and understood why I did not want to be in that room. The floor is dangerous and even if someone cleaned it up if I took a shower, it would become dangerous again. The shower curtain was 1 foot off the floor and the water just runs out of the shower into the bathroom. It was room number 117. The girl acted as though this was perfectly fine and normal for Hamptn in Inn handicapped rooms.. James and a lady named Marie. We’re most very kind and considerate and brought me to another room. Also, while the argument was going on, a woman came in the door and asked if there were any rooms available and the girl told her no and she left. Apparently there were rooms available because they moved me to a different room.

nice staff but the hotel can use an upgrade

Absolutely terrible stay - got 0 sleep. Stayed there for a wedding on a weekend, was awakened by construction going on above us (staying on the 2nd floor) at 8 am on both Saturday and Sunday. And it was constant the entire weekend. The hotel room felt gross and not clean. The elevators felt the same. Not worth staying - would recommend spending a bit more and going across the street.
