The room was clean. The staff was helpful. Parking was good.\n But we did not get a free breakfast last year. We did.

All of the ice machines were inoperative and look to have been for quite some time. The pool was a gross greenish color. Very large potholes in the parking lot. Breakfast was not free like it used to be at ANY other hotel I’ve stayed at. Water pressure was terrible. Pillows were horribly soft.

People are eating in/on the pool, we end up leaving the pool and let them have "private" fun party.

Le parking, l'espace dans La chambre. Ce soint les principaux points que j'ai aimé

well worth it.

Clean room and a nice area. Good night sleep and clean beds which I always check right away.

I am awarding 4 stars rather than 5 due to our check-in experience. While the overall stay was positive, the level of service we received at the front desk was disappointing. Before us, another guest mentioned their Hilton Honors membership, and the front desk associate was exceptionally warm, friendly, and engaging. However, our interaction felt noticeably different. After we provided our reservation details, we were simply handed our room key with little additional information. When we inquired about the breakfast that had been prepaid as part of our reservation, we were initially informed that it was not included. After further verification, it was confirmed that breakfast was indeed part of our booking. We also had to ask several follow-up questions to obtain information regarding breakfast hours, the WI-FI, check-out time, and other details that are typically provided during check-in. We are also Hilton Honors members, although we did not feel it necessary to mention this. In our view, all guests should receive the same level of courtesy, professionalism, and attention regardless of membership status. Despite this issue, the hotel itself was excellent, and we appreciate the cleanliness and quality of the property.

The pool was awesome for the kids and clean and everything was good location to the stores.

Our stay was enjoyable. The room was large e clean, the fitness center impressive and the surrounding restaurants gave plenty of choices for dinner.

Bed and Pillows were extremely comfortable.

Clean helpful staff. $10 charge for breakfast. Closer to EV charging spot would have been nice.

If you’re looking for a hotel, that is a nice easy drive to Philadelphia. Then I would definitely check this hotel out, great lobby, plenty of places to eat within the area and highly recommend.
-
Good location. Clean room. Twice I asked the front desk to send someone to fix the shade in my room and no one ever came. The fitness center was freezing and windows were left wide open. They charge for breakfast and offer only coffee in the lobby otherwise. Not great for the price.

We stayed at the Hilton overnight to attend a funeral for my husband‘s uncle. Unfortunately, it was not the best Hilton we have stayed in. Our hallway on the fourth floor smelled like cigarettes. Around three in the morning someone’s dog was running down the hallway barking. Sounded like two dogs. The air conditioner had a horrible whining noise that woke us up a few times throughout the night. And the grout in the bathroom needs to be bleached. I was kind of shocked that not even a continental breakfast was offered. You had to pay for everything. I honestly felt that I should’ve stayed at the comfort Inn down the road because that had a continental breakfast and it was $25 less. And was probably no better or worse than this Hilton.
