Holiday Inn Express & Suites Philadelphia - Mt. Laurel by IHG

The female at the front desk for check in, comfortable beds, lobby, the Continental breakfast and 24hr coffee. The room was a good size with plenty of space for clothes, large screen television and location. The shower faucet handle was peeling.

Very nice property, good location.

No pool

Very good

Superb

Quietness and how clean it was.

Even though hotel wasnt full, guest clumped together, which magniified late night noise, constant slamming doors way past mid night, loud talking, no sound proofing. I was startled multipe times ruins sleep. Quiet hours definitly need to be enforced.

Clean rooms

Bianca at the front desk was so courteous, welcoming and just amazing. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Excellent

Uncomfortable bed and terrible and unhealthy breakfast choices. Won’t be back.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean

Convenient location, clean and spacious rooms. Family of four stayed over night and happy with accommodation and toiletries. Staff was great too.

Exceptional

I’ve been selecting IHG Holiday Inn for a while. I can count on familiar rooms and amenities as well as clean rooms and fresh coffee that are available for people working unusual hours

I booked a room with 2 double beds, they gave me a room with a king. Room smelled like cigarettes, when I complained to the front desk they had someone come and spray air freshener. Lady who was supposedly a manager was extremely rude. Absolutely no hospitality skills.

Perfect!
