Great!

Came to city for a concert. Staff were very accommodating with letting us check in early and also check out late. Hotel was clean and staff were all very friendly. Would recommend and will stay again if in area.

Everything was adequate. The breakfast was very good. The room a/c worked fine. The bathtub seemed to have been patched in a funny way. The entrance area had a definite perfumy smell, not bad, but perhaps a problem for sensitive guests. In a couple of ways, it seemed the motel was not maintained as well as it could have been -- for example, a metal strip on the room wall edge was coming off.

Was nice place

The day staff was very friendly. My gripe was when checking in we ordered three two queen rooms. When given the keys, I found that we were given a king bed with pull out couch. The desk attendant explained that they were overbooked and that rooms are first come first serve. I've never heard of that policy before. They offered to provide me some extra Holiday Inn points for my account. Breakfast is good but need to make sure you arrive before 9am since they stop making anything else by that time.

it was a very nice, clean hotel and it was an amazing breakfast. we traveled from new york all the way to this hotel and it was very worth it. amazing hotel, thanks.

The rooms could have been clean better hair find in bed and a insect was crawling in the bed, had to get housekeeping to change the bed and clean the room

The customer are very kind and friendly
-
The lobby area was dreary and unwelcoming, the elevator had a broken sensor cover that flapped along the door edge, my room door was either coming off the hinge or just poorly aligned (my partner had to use force to open it), the hall and room smelled

The people at the property was cool they greeted us let us check in early and gave us a complimentary snack bag. The beds was terrible, my back hurt so bad like I hate Holiday Inn hotels because of this and also when we arrived the tub and toilet had a dirt ring around it and I ended up grabbing the cleaning supplies by myself to do it myself. But that wasn’t the issue the beds is what’s gonna make me never return ?

Solo trip to visit family for 4 days in Mt. Laurel. I was politely greeted by Cathy at the desk (very pleasant and nice). She placed me in room #102. I opened the room and it's more spacious than the pics on website, clean, bathroom was nice. I checked the window since its on the 1st floor. It was closed at the time of entry but it wouldn't lock no matter which way I turned the lock on window. There was metal piece on the window ledge to block the window from going all the way back. But regardless the window didn't lock and I wasn't going to feel comfortable in that room. I gathered my things and go back to the front desk and asked for another room due to safety concerns. Cathy came back to the desk to assist, but when I asked for another room her pleasant vibes flew out of the window. She began to make all this noise in aggrevation as she looked for another double bed.She was being ridiculous! She said she only had a king suite available, at that point I didn't care- I just wanted a safe room. I proceeded up to #302- double bed not a king and the window locked. Perfect!!! The rest of my stay was great,-it was close to food places, gas, hwy and shopping. The rest of the staff was nice and warm. The free breakfast was decent, plenty of options (hot and cold). I would consider staying here again.

The front desk person was wonderful. She saw we had had a rough day and was helpful. The towel service got behind. My husband asked the cleaning lady who said they were behind but would bring towels and a bath mat. It never came.
