Nice place

It had suites It felt dingy, the tub was dirty, the room smelled of cigarette smoke

I enjoyed my stay here.The staff was so friendly and very welcoming. I will be staying again in the future when I visit the area. You can tell that the staff really care about the building and the people in it.

Would stay again. Nice and clean

I would never. Ever. Stay here ever again. I wouldn't stay here again if Jesus Christ told me to do so. This hotel smells HORRIBLE. My room smelled HORRIBLE. The keys hardly work for the door. I had a more than slight ant issue in my room. The floor of the room was super nasty. It had a slimy film or something on it. Whoever was there before me clearly smoked cigarettes and weed in the room. Oh and the manager how could I forget. I can't remember her name, but she was a real A Hole. The only good thing I can say about this place is the water was hot. I'd sleep in my car before I sleep here again. This place should be condemned.

I was robbed by the hotel itself. I was never checked in the night worker was highly prejudice. I never received a refund from them, they say it was on Expedia, Expedia gave me nonhelp

Excellent, relaxing quiet stay, Super clean rooms. Breakfast offer was poor, could improve much..the only other downfall was hallways were smelly ,bad Aroma...but did not enter rooms...and animals( pets ) on permises.

Nice clean room. I enjoyed my stay. Front desk person Melba was very nice, professional, and courteous.

Nothing Nasty

The furnishings were old and worn. The couch was torn and dirty. Screens on the windows were torn and partially coming off. Couldn't keep the windows open to get fresh air because there was always someone under my window SMOKING!!! I cleaned and wiped EVERYTHING down with bleach and cleaning solution, sprayed air freshener, and plugged in air fresheners as well. IT DID NOT HELP ONE BIT!! Tooooo many dogs in the hotel. VERY DEGRADING AND UNHEALTHY TO STAY AT THIS FORSAKEN PLACE. Wish I had taken photos. Just wanted to hurry and get OUT!

Clean room, friendly and kind staff. I can always trust in them when I’m in town.

Didn't like the fact there was No microwave in the room, nor did that air conditioner & heater Didn't work, was told by 3 different staff Nothing they could do about it. Also missing light cover in bathroom. Looked tacky.

Clean everything

Convenience to most shopping and dining. The first time I couldn’t unlock it access with the key card

The lobby looked nice and updated, but that changed as soon as you turned the corner to the rooms. The hotel is outdated. The room had an odd smell, the floor was sticky and there were no dishes or pots. The pull out couch was unusable for sleeping.

Nothing Old and wasn’t clean

Nice location, definitely a good cost for a room with a kitchenette. The phone in our room didn’t work.

The check in staff was so worried about telling me all thr rules and regulations about my 8lb service animal that she FORGOT TO MENTION THE CIGARETTE BURNS ON THE COUNTER IN THE NO SMOKING ROOM. THE RIPPED UP CURTAINS, THE BROKEN CHEST DRAWER, THE NOISY AIR CONDITIONER AND THE PLATE ON THE WALL IN THE BATHROOM THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN REPLACED WITH A BLANK COVERPLATE...

Comfortable.
