Late check-in No soap in the bathroom I had to take a shower with shampoo, broken showerhead, water spray all over the bathroom, dirty coffee machine sold instant noodles in the lobby, but no microwave in the room

Staff was wonderful, extremely helpful and kind. The place needs an overall deep cleaning, painting, etc. The furniture, doors in room were scratched, chipped. Dogs barking almost all the time was extremely annoying and disturbed my rest. I was unpleasantly surprised by the dirty hallway carpeting, it smelled in places and needed a serious deep cleaning. It's such a shame the facility is not well kept. The staff there are phenomenal, friendly and very helpful. If the place was cleaned, repainted in places, kept clean, it would be a nice place. It's a bit over run with dogs.

Spacious room, kitchen, bathroom and living space were clean. Good location just off highway but far enough away that you didn’t hear or see any traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. I had trouble getting into my room and outside door with the card. I would have to try several times jingling the card to get the green light.

Review room before renting out

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. If you need to be in the area for an extended period of time, this is the place to stay. The full kitchen was a real benefit because you could prepare meals and not have to eat out all the time. If you needed anything all you had to do was ask. I would recommend this hotel.

The facility was nice and clean the room had lots of space all the appliances worked , only bad thing was the beds were small and not so comfortable other then that I would rate this hotel a 7/10 I would recommend The beds could have more pillow top because they were very uncomfortable

Stayed for one night after going to Diggerland. Good hotel and location for the price.

Staff is very rude

The staff here was absolutely amazing. Priscilla at the front desk gave us a warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful welcome. Sylvia, the supervisor, was also awesome and so accommodating. Our room was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I loved the wooden floor—you could tell the floors had just been cleaned and waxed. When we asked for kitchen utensils for the room, the staff provided them with no problem at all. The hotel was very quiet, clean, and located in a highly convenient area. We highly recommend this location!
