Clean and comfortable and dog friendly
-
While the main lobby appears to be well maintained and upbeat, I can not say the same about the room. Linen smelled of old cologne. Black water initially came out faucets until we ran all of the faucets. Shower Water was very cool. Some cosmetic damages were very apparent. Room was not properly cleaned as I'm allergic to cats and dogs and it was signs of pets being in the room which triggered my allergies. It one thing if the price was lower but rate was $400 / night (including taxes and fees). I will not stay here again.

Pool and breakfast were wonderful. Need to up grade bedding. Staff were great whenever we needed anything

Breakfast

The only minor issues were that there weren't any sheets in the room for the pull-out sofa, so we had to stop by the front desk to get them, and the pool wasn't open (I'm not sure why). Neither was a dealbreaker, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. My only real wish is that there had been a place to grab a drink or unwind in the evening. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The suites were very nice. I liked that we had our own entrance, kitchen, separate rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of parking. I would have rated higher but there were some loud neighbors nearby and the pool was not working. They didn’t know when the pool would be operational again. The staff was polite and told us that it was on their website but we had no idea when we booked through booking.com

Amazing room, plenty of space the 2 bedrooms and showers were also amazing, will stay here again

Great place

The style of hotel rooms Needs to be updated, dark and old. Stains on carpets etc. have been staying here for years when visiting family in the area and have noted the decline. Breakfast was poor quality. Food cold, waffles hard. Juice watered down. Unfortunate because we were always please and loyal to Hyatt

Didn't like didn't explain room was on the 3rd floor not good carrying all the stuff up 3 flights of stairs we only had one small garbage can hotel smell bad the pool was broken down my grandkids was disappointed breakfast was nasty
-
There was no elevator and my room was on the third floor, the door to my room wouldn’t open and it took the maintenance guy almost an hour to open the door.

Clean nice room , good breakfast
-
Breakfast buffet was terrible everything was dried out & hard, orange juice was watered down.
-
Great space for a family of 5; however we needed linens for the pullout couch and they were not a comfortable material at all. We ended up going to Walmart to buy a soft blanket.

We really liked the set up of the room with two separate bedrooms and the kitchenette and living area. We also loved the basketball court - my son loved this and it kept him busy while we were at the hotel. We were disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. Our stay was the first week of June and it was incredibly hot. It would have been really nice to use the pool. The other item was that the listing included an oven as included in the room. There was no oven and we bought frozen pizzas which we ended up having to throw away. The room was overall clean, but we spilled some water on the kitchen floor which we wiped up. The towel we used was completely black after wiping the floor - not sure if they’re mopping the floor between stays. Lastly, we were on the first floor so there were people staying above us. We could hear them stomping around late at night and very early in the morning. We could also hear them talking - the walls/ceiling are paper thin.

Check-in was smooth and staff was friendly. Rooms are exterior and there are no elevators. Breakfast was provided, but had limited options. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was clean, the staff was helpful. Always the best breakfasts! Always good parking. Our only down side, and we're not sure it was totally down, is that we were on the 3rd floor (no elevators). A little rough for a 69 and 72 year old couple with sore knees and stiff legs after a 7 hour trip. I don't know if we can request lower floors or not - never saw that on the online booking. The upside, there was no one above us walking around. Unfortunately a loud neighbor talking on the phone early in the morning almost each day of our 5-day stay. His voice just carried so loud and clear. Not the hotel's fault. But the room itself was great as usual. It is a very large room with a fridge and stove, and two TVs, clean and most of the time quiet - like 98% of the time.

Easy travel & close by food/attractions Broke tv in living room

The place was so great I got a membership for HYATT only thing I was upset about was the pool was closed during our stay for inspection! The rest was great like being at home breakfast was good and full of variety there were pots and pans to cook. The dishwasher with soap came in handy! Will definitely prefer to book with them wherever we travel and my family and I travel a lot!

Just wish the pool was open. Other than that the stay was great. Staff super nice and friendly. Options for breakfast! Overall great
