HYATT house Mt. Laurel

Shout out to the Front Desk Agent who handle the day to day of the Guest especially Tanisha she went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable in our room especially when we overheard Housekeeping berating and her and disrespecting her all because we asked for additional pillows due to the size of the pillows on the bed. The Breakfast was good the gentleman running that did a phenomenal job as a ONE MAN SHOW !! The Owner/Manager should take the carpets out the room since the pets are allowed as well as not be concerned if the Hotel is SOLD OUT OR NOT! I think was rude and egregious to be concerned about over the comfort of your guest. As i said its the Front Desk the reason I would come back and or anyone in my party would especially Tanisha . Housekeeping and work on their cleaning skills but overall nice stay location is close to everything . Definitely would visit again despite the few hiccups .

Like I said, it has been better in the past and I hope they go back to their higher standards, because I like staying there because I don't have to listen to banging doors in the hallway like in a typical hotel.

This location can use some up to date, Also breakfast was terrible need some new cooks. I was not impress at all or the money we spent.

When we went to check out there was no one at the desk. We waited around for 15 minutes and nobody showed up. Other guests came and waited. We finally gave up and left.

We stayed one night and it was good. The room was clean and comfortable. We checked in late and the night person was not enthusiastic to check us in. The person on daytime when we checked was very nice and helpful.

Just great. Everything great!! Stay here.

The rooms were not well maintained or clean at all. There was hair all over the shower wall in one bathroom with mold and blood on the back of the door in the other bathroom. The carpet was quite sticky in some places throughout the room as well. The pool was great and the basketball court was cool. The breakfast had a good selection. Overall an ok place to land at the end of a busy day. Free parking was nice too.

Room was clean. Loved the set up of the rooms. We stayed 4 days, garbage was not emptied daily. Dishes weren't cleaned and left in sink dirty. Signs say pool open until 9, closed at 8. Shower couldn't drain. When they took the garbage on day 3, they took the hand soap and didn't leave fresh soap.

This is good place and room space was enough.. only thing is very old carpets and smell in the room when you enter in.. otherwise it is good place for family to stay especially if you want to cook

Room was clean super small, but it’s New York City. Breakfast was amazing. Probably one of the better places that I’ve had breakfast for my family good location for walking not a great location for parking. The only downfall was our air conditioner in our room broke every single day and it was so hot. It was probably nicer outside than in our room.

This is a great place for an extended stay with the family, or for a wedding or other social event. The free breakfast was great, and I only wish we had more time to spend there. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I have not regrets and would stay there again.

This hotel was filthy

Few things in the room need to be replaced for the visual pleasure as well as the bathroom with the walls needing a touch up. But other than that the place is a great stay.

I’ve previously stayed at a few Hyatt House hotels. This site had the welcoming office like set up, full kitchen, full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, etc. There was even an enormous area with wire shelves, and clothes hanger and plenty of hangers for my clothing. The TV in the bedroom was having an LED issue where the screen would intermittently go brighter than darker, though it wasn’t enough for me to complain. The breakfast buffet was adequate yet I have been privy to better quality foods at other Hyatt House branches. I would have rated 4.5 if the third floor I stayed on had elevator access. I don’t mind the walk, but some days you just want to take the elevator.

This hotel was perfectly fine but not wonderful. Definitely could up their cleanliness game, but the pool was lovely and the people were very nice!

First room was almost 90 degrees upon arrival but they did change us to a new room with working AC. Asked for Ice - and their ice machine was broken - so no ice (this was when it was 95 degrees in July) They don't really come by to get trash, etc., very often. Went to the front desk to ask for new towels and was told we needed to go back to the room, bring them the old towels, then they'd give us clean towels. Not a big deal, we did it, just not as nice as other hotels.

Very clean, friendly staff, great stay all around! Only negative, totally my fault… I left my pillow behind. 😭

Room temperature 78 ac unit broke had to move at almost midnight to different hotel with children because they had no other room
