The property is very nice and in a great location. There were plenty of breakfast options to choose from, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options.There are a few areas that could use some attention. The bathroom shower would benefit from some maintenance, particularly replacing or refreshing the caulking. The towel rack also showed signs of rust and could use replacement or repair. One other concern was the $250 security deposit for a one-night stay. While I understand the deposit may be reasonable for an extended stay, I felt that $250 was somewhat steep for just one night. Overall, the property has a lot to offer, and addressing these small maintenance issues and reconsidering the security deposit amount for shorter stays would make the experience even better.

If I were traveling and wanted the comforts of home, I'd definitely stay at the Hyatt House. I've even become a member for the next time.

Le personnel était très serviable. La chambre était propre, malgré quelques endroit un peu poussiéreux (ex: le dessus du frigo). La piscine était bien entretenue. Nous avons utiliser le BBQ (un beau plus). Les déjeuners étaient très bien !

For the breakfast the guy had given me an attitude about the oatmeal being ran out. He was the person replenishing it. He was also being nice to ppl that were from his European country which wasnt very nice.The orange juice tastes like its diluted with water. Selection is small. Will go to holiday inn as I have had great service from them in terms of food and customer service

Convenient location, clean room, decent breakfast for hotels. Only downside was Internet was spotty and didn’t work very well. So for business traveler, I would be concerned.

I loved the accommodations, the free breakfast and how clean it was. The guy at the front desk & the one preparing breakfast, not friendly at all. The room could use a new paint job and need pans for the oven. Plus the TV in one bedroom needs repairing. Kept getting a blank screen.

I love the patience and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk & the great professionalism of the man who does the continental breakfast!

Love the property even it did not have elevator but it was easy to go through the stairs.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, breakfast had different options, staff were professional and helpful!

The manager Kevin he was very rude disrespectful talking about me while I was right there to another worker They closed the pool too early and the activities for the children
