There was a virtual attendant for check in. Non smoking room smelled completely like smoke. Room had roaches. No remote for tv in room

Location to where we needed to be. Property was lite. Facility not prepared although checked in after the required time. Provided a room that was not yet cleaned...the word "cleaned" is relative term, apparently. When pulling the shower curtain out, there were dirty wash clothes still from prior occupants, just nasty. No working phone, television, shower, fridge, microwave...door was questionable to the point of removing personal items when leaving the room. Looks like the locks were questionable. Loud noise from tenants, who appears to occupy the property as extended stays...late night and early morning. Due to the last minute stay, there were no descent alternatives in the area, it was a holiday weekend. But never again...beware. This property is so horrible, I could see why there was a virtual assistant for check in, no direct staff.

When I asked for a room on the first floor, they gave me a smoking room, when I needed a non-smoking. I ended up in church smelling like smoke, when I don't smoke. There was also a mouse motel in the corner of the room. So I was concerned.

Really I would never leave a bad review but this place was horrible...it smelled so bad...the bed the pillows...there were roaches. There were dirty towels and they didnt even have a shower curtain...we booked for two nights...the last night we slept In the car....please do yourself a favor and book somewhere else....its cheaper than most but nasty. .
