Dirty and needs fixed. Computer system down, delayed checking in late at night

I wasn't able to even check in even though I paid for days ahead for my reservation. The front desk hotel staff was okay with trying to help. I can not say because i paid for my room and was not able to stay

Location was great. I made this trip to visit my grandson and we were only 10 minutes from where he lived. The first room was not properly maintained. Floor was poorly vacuumed, a hole in the lamp shade and the bathroom had hair and mold in the shower. We were moved to another unit, it was better still a little mold in shower. No one ever came to replace our towels or pick up the trash. We had to pick up our own towels from the front desk. I told a young lady that was on the floor we needed a light bulb, she asked the room number but we never received it.

I like to workout when traveling. The hotel gym was not to my liking. Too small.

The breakfast was good. The location was perfect because you were only a few minutes away from Walmart and other shopping places. There were also a lot of food courts around. It was only a couple of minutes away from where my Mom lived. My family and I were very disappointed that the pool wasn't opened.

The pet area had a lot of ticks. Need to spray. There were shopping carts and a cooler behind the dumpster for our 3 days.

Very nice hotel, very clean inside and out, the breakfast buffet was very large with nice seating. The hotel and rooms smelled very nice and fresh. It was all over a great hotel and great experience, would use again. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The rooms were very nice as well. When you walked in your room you are almost suprised about how nice the room is. It was like a wow monent. I would 10 out of 10 recommend I can honestly say there wasnt one bad thing about this hotel I experienced my whole trip

Booked a king size bed with a sofa bed. Didnt get it. Check in time was 3pm. Got to the hotel at 3:25pm. And couldn't get my room. Had to wait until 4:15pm and I had my 3 year old with me. Only booked the room because of the indoor pool. The indoor pool was closed for maintenance. And I didn't know until after I checked in. The breakfast was ok. Another guy complained about the sausages being cold at 9:30. And the personal running the breakfast station told him they were hot at 6am.
