Was not pleased with service 275for Saturday 250 for Sunday not enough towels wash clothes some rooms need maintenances to pricey for not enough care for the customer people pay to be pleased no one never answer phone it was 38 of us and couldn’t get a group discount had to go online to order phone was finally answered when we was half way to hotel this hotel was the best at one time but I believe someone else owns it not satisfied

I was extremely satisfied with everything! The room was spacious and very clean. My grandson loved the pool. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely come again.

The staff was very polite. The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The facility in general was nice. Breakfast was good. The coffee even better. The only thing that I noticed was that there was some mold in the shower near the bottom of the shower door BUT I would not let that stop me from staying here again if I need too.

Upon arrival, 1 of the 2 beds had crumbs and hair in it. Housekeeping complained that the sheets needed to be changed. Front desk staff did not have good communication skills (shirt and non-chalant). Rooms had a stale odor (could be from the a.c) but with air freshener it was managed. The pool area didn't have towels and was not restocked. The last full day of the stay, we were unable to use the pool. The laundry room was also out of order the full duration of the stay.

Nothing Poor hospitality , Rooms was filthy with food on floor blinds broken moved to 3 rooms none of as clean so after driving 14 hours we just settled will never book at holiday inns again

I liked the great AC in the lobby. The laundry room was out of service. The room looked like it was halfway cleaned.

Rooms were spacious but staff had attitude and they ran out of food at breakfast our first day

This was a nightmare. There’s no hot tub although it says it is. You can see where they used to have one but it’s closed down. They also hold $100 on a card for incidentals although all hotels don’t. They serve breakfast 6am - 9am although other hotels serve breakfast until 10am with fresh fruits available throughout the day and evening. Highs of 90+ degrees and the staff member wouldn’t give a complimentary water bottle unless you were an ihg member although other hotels don’t mind. The room was clean. I will not return.
