I stayed for five days and this was my first time at the property and I have no complaints the staff was excellent especially Chanel l don't think that's how you spell her name but she works 3 to 11 and she was very nice to me the rooms have washer and dryer I really loved that the patio area was great only thing it was missing was a pool but I will definitely stay again

A great stay for a family of 4 or 2. I stayed for the July 4th weekend. This property was conveniently located, immaculately maintained and peaceful. The rooms were spacious and accommodating for a family of 4 and a fur baby. Awesome staff who were very professionally and warm. 10/10 recommend.

I was ecstatic about my stay until I went to check out. James at the front desk was NOT friendly at all which was a shame because everyone else I encountered was very nice. If I was a customer walking in and would have encountered James with his very lack luster attitude, I probably would have gone elsewhere. Also, the system that is in place where you can purchase goods in the lobby and charge against the room is terrible. I was told that a kid who was not with me or had any affiliation with me gave my room # to charge their items, claiming I was their aunt. I have no brothers or sisters. ID needs to be shown with every purchase to ensure that that the room # matches the person making the purchase. Now I have to fight for the 13.00 that was charged. May not seem like a lot but its the principle of it. When I called to speak with the supervisor Sunday morning, July 5th, I was met with a sigh as if she could have cared less what I was saying. I am not confident this will be resolved. It's really a shame because now Yourspace has lost a customer. If this is not resolved, I will be forced to go to the BBB. The only thing I charged was 3.87 for a smart water. I am an honest person who wouldn't think for one minute to put my purchase on a total stranger. I will not stay here again.

Bed was horrible like sleeping on a dorm room mattress - my only bad review - everything else was exceptional - please change the mattress, its such a great space but I could not sleep on that mattress ever again

Front desk customer service was awesome from beginning to end. Room was 100% clean. Nice very up to date kitchen and refrigerator. Smart TV with access to streaming services is definitely a win, win in my book. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!! Will definitely be back for another stay. Hopefully, the next stay will be longer so I can enjoy my stay even more.

This new space is all that and more! They couldn't have been more helpful, and there was everything we needed for a simple two night stay. For those that may need longer stays, the amenities are top notch and they provide any essentials needed. We are so happy we found this location on our recent visit to the Norfolk area.

Great location and the kitchen and in room laundry was a game changer!

A great place to stay. From a kitchenette with cooking supplies to a washer and dryer, everything needed is right in the room. The hotel is practically new, so everything is very clean. The staff was also friendly.

Awesome place to stay! Shocked that our rooms had full size refrigerators, a washer and dryer and dishwasher and a small cooktop as well as microwave. Room was very nice and clean and the staff could not have been more accommodating. The two little goats wandering in the parking lot the morning of our departure was cute. I’m sure these are not hotel goats but from a neighboring home, but they were adorable 😊 Overall, definitely 5 star and we would stay again!

We were in VA for my oldest daughters graduation so we decided to stay for a few days. I got this hotel for the apartment style amenities to make our stay more comfortable. We loved the kitchenette and complimentary dishware. The shower was very large and it's very convenient to have the washer/dryer unit in the bathroom. The water pressure wasn't great but that happens in some hotels. The floor was well cleaned but had a slippery residue left behind. But other than that our stay really was great! All the staff we interacted with were lovely and Zaneta was super sweet! The beds were incredibly comfy and made our stay all the more enjoyable. The washer/dryer unit is very small, so don't put too much in at a time, but it's perfect for extending your clothes for a short vacation and we went thru a lot of towels bc we went to the beach as well. (We're so sorry for all the sand! Lol) Overall, if we're ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Located in nice area. Coffee always available in lobby but not in the room. Room had only a half roll of paper towels. Asked for more but they said they were out.

Very nice, new hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Snack shop in the lobby was incredibly well stocked and complimentary coffee always available was great. We really loved the small fenced dog run on the property. Restaurants and shopping really nearby. 100% recommend.

Even though I was only stopping through for a short stay, this space was absolutely amazing! Checkin was swift and easy, the 24hr market is super convenient as well. The actual room itself is amazing and extremely well maintained. The mattress was so comfortable! I can’t wait to book again when I come back in a few weeks.

The room was clean. The beds were pretty comfortable. The property was very secure with card readers on the elevators and stairwells. The room was well stocked with dishes and silverware. It definitely isn’t a bad place to lay your head for a little while or a long time.

We were greeted w/ the friendliest staff! I believe their names were Sharnell and Angela. The hotel was super clean and organized. Our room was spotless, we had a great stay and will be staying again when we’re back in town!
