The room was nice and staff were helpful. Breakfast was good. However, the pool was disgusting. It was green and no circulation. We booked this hotel because we knew there was a pool. It was not swimmable. Eventually, they got things working and our last night the kids were able to swim for 15 minutes.

We have been on a very long trip. I was so thankful this was a VERY nice hotel. Very clean, the bed was fantastic!! Good breakfast. I would recommend eating dinner before you get to the hotel, nothing close. Other than that, would totally recommend this hotel.

Only complaint was had to wait a while for someone to greet us upon arriving... Eventually rang the bell for someone to come to the front.

The beds were very comfortable and the room AC was easy to adjust and keep the room cool. Breakfast was great with a lot of different options.

I was there for a concert about Friday and stay for 2 days at the St Louis Factory which is like a mile and a half away wish I could have checked it early but it was raining like crazy everything else was perfect. Except for an Uber driver that had nothing to do with the hotel who rifled me around the whole town to charge extra obviously he didn't get the money have a nice day everyone :-)

We have stayed at this facility many times and was disappointed with check in. I know it’s the holiday weekend. But 1 person should not be left alone to check in everyone and take care of everything else.
