Holiday Inn Express & Suites St. Louis - Chesterfield by IHG

We have stayed at this facility many times and was disappointed with check in. I know it’s the holiday weekend. But 1 person should not be left alone to check in everyone and take care of everything else.

Bed was high. Needed a stool to get in 😆 but slept comfortably.

Good location clean rooms and good breakfast and a good value for the money Nothing

The place is clean and staff were nice. Don't expect to watch TV unless you enjoy the nostalgia of non-HD, no streaming, old school services. Close & convenient to lots of restaurants and right next door to the Lamborghini/Rolls/Aston Martin dealership, which is nice to check out.

Hotel is in a great location, the staff is very accommodating, the room is a great value, and they gave me a late check out of 2:30, which was convenient for my late flight from the airport. Will stay here again soon.

This hotel had a fantastic breakfast! Guy at check-in was so courteous and helpful. Great experience.

Staff was great! Especially the front desk! We had a problem with other guests stomping above us for two nights in a row. They were prompt to help with the situation. Forgot a few things, toothbrush one of our family members cut themselves. Front desk was quick to help with Band-AIDS and replace the toothbrush. We do a fair amount of traveling, the breakfast was great! Would definitely stay here again.

All aspects were splendid! Clean & comfy room. Great breakfast. Couldn't have asked for more.

No housekeeping

The lobby/breakfast area is very spacious with several tables. We saw parents and youth team members hanging out sharing food and stories. I highly recommend this hotel for such gatherings.

Typical filthy Motel / HOTEL reflecting decline. Not sure why name brand hotel chains franchise their properties to low end owners. I guess that's the Comfort Inn business model. And these places ain't cheap either. I wouldn't stay in this place if I were you.

Needed to drive to get to a decent restaurant but otherwise a perfect place to stop for the Airshow

The pool was green and smelled a little like algae/a pond. The bathroom toilet was leaking, but they were aware because they have taped it to stop the leaking. The AC auto cut off at 15 minutes and we were roasting all nights until we asked the front desk to help, which they did immediately. The room was very clean, the breakfast as great, the staff was extremely kind and helpful.

We love staying at this hotel when we visit St. Louis for baseball games. The property is clean, staff is friendly and continental breakfast is good. The commute to downtown is easy too.

The breakfast wasnt half bad. The staff is great and the also so is the location.
