We really enjoyed the property. The room was very nice, furniture was nice, coffee, the pool was nice. We have a complaint about the shower/bathtub. When you turn to run the shower, the water still drains out the bathtub faucet but the bottom of the bathtub becomes very slippery. I leaned down to grab my soap from the holder on the wall and slipped, I caught myself with the rim of the tub. Someone is going to get hurt. Even just standing you can slip. I've never fallen in the shower before like that.

The receptionist was only good thing about hotel. Did not clean room on Friday and cleaned it after 5 on Saturday. The shower leaked all over floor . It was accessible shower that was leaking on floor

Antionette was very sweet at the front desk and Tobias Miller saved our vacation by helping very patiently with our WiFi questions and getting our PS 5 to work. Thank you Tobias, great customer service skills! Will definitely stay again! Tobias and Antionette are keepers!

We were supposed to have a couch in our room and the hotel over sold and my husband had to sleep on floor. I want a refund.

Very clean and very nice as a little home away from home. It’s just up the road from shops and all kinds of restaurants. When I make another trip back up there this will be my first choice again!!

The hotel has a ton of potential, could be an absolutely beautiful place. It it’s run down. My room had a leaky window and/or AC unit which had caused mold on the windowsill and surrounding area. I stayed here in a pinch but probably wouldn’t stay here in the future.
