Hilton Garden Inn Chesterfield

Very clean and very nice as a little home away from home. It’s just up the road from shops and all kinds of restaurants. When I make another trip back up there this will be my first choice again!!

We def will be staying here again after our last hotel experience

Good all around place to stay nothing exceptional or wowing

The hotel has a ton of potential, could be an absolutely beautiful place. It it’s run down. My room had a leaky window and/or AC unit which had caused mold on the windowsill and surrounding area. I stayed here in a pinch but probably wouldn’t stay here in the future.

The hotel is very out-dated and is in need of a full renovation immediately. The location is off a highway so expect to hear some noise depending on where your room is located… the children ran through the halls up until midnight and no one tried to settle them down so I only stayed 1 night…. You would think for such a big property that the hotel laundry room would include more than 1 set of W/D! Go elsewhere if you can and breakfast isn’t free!

Antoinette, the front office manager, is amazingly awesome. She even packed me up some snacks for my long day at the airport. The entire staff were so friendly. I felt safe and secure which is what matters when traveling solo.

Our room was ok, shade was broken, some pretty bad stains on the carpet that may have been spilled food or possibly vomit. Tub/shower was dingy. Definitely in need of a remodel. Rooms are cleaned every other day which is not what we would expect but seems to be a theme since Covid. I had to ask twice for basics such as clean towels and coffee supplies. When housekeeping finally came after the second request they were very accommodating. Nice location though, plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Good location. The grounds were well kept. They had nice outside seating areas. Worn out inside. Large crack in room. Broken shade that had to be held open with binder clips. Breakfast was included when we made our reservation thru booking, but an employee said it was not included despite us having written proof. They said booking needs to “update their website.” We woke up to no water and were told there was a water main break with no eta as to when it would be repaired. Fortunately, we were able to transfer our reservation to Doubletree. Katie at Hilton Garden and Melody at Doubletree worked together to make that happen so I give both of them credit for making the most out of a bad situation.

The staff is very nice but the blow dryer was broken (open blades 😳), the shade was broken and the light next to the bed was broken. But the proximity to things is great.

The staff was amazing and very friendly seeing the interstate out hotel room window.

We did not take advantage of the bar or the pool.
