Only one complaint. We booked an allergy free room (no feathers, no pets). I am allergic to both. She booked us with no issues. We get there and the front desk person said that all of their rooms are pet friendly. Big issue for someone with allergies. I love dogs but I am allergic. We should have been told up front that they can’t accommodate us!!!!!!!

The staff was fantastic! We called ahead to see if they could accommodate an earlier check in, and despite being extremely busy, they made it happen. The breakfast attendant was extremely kind and welcoming. Breakfast was awesome with fresh blueberries and strawberries!
