Hampton Inn St. Louis/Chesterfield

The staff at this location were lovely, kind and accommodating and quick to offer help. Housekeeping actually stopped me on my way out in the morning to ask if we had everything we needed? Breakfast was unusually good, with a variety of hot and cold options and generous amounts available. Rooms were decent, quiet, clean. Common areas were clean, bright and there have obviously been some updating. There are some things like the caulk in the bathtub that need replacing, or bleaching. There appeared to be what is probably an hvac leak in the dining area with buckets catching the water and our room felt damp, we ran the ac on dehumidifier setting most of the time there.

Staff very friendly at check in … we were able to check in a little early .. parking lot well lit.. breakfast was good variety !!! We will stay here again next month …

The room was spacious and the bed was perfect. Nice hot shower, lovely little coffee station and ample seating. Plenty of space for your clothes in the dresser or to hang in the closet. There were hangers, an ironing board and iron in the closet. I was happy to find a hairdryer as well since I forgot to pack mine so they pretty much thought of everything. There were several vending machines with a variety of cold items, cheese & crackers, noodles, and a great selection of candy and other yummies I shouldn’t be sneaking. Excellent AC, despite the temps my room was nice and cool upon checking in. I received several suggestions for local food which was very helpful and thoughtful. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were always attending to the guests to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Quiet 2 nights spent there and it was really a very relaxing stay. I’ll be sure to return when in that area. I recommend you drop in.

Water pressure and flow in the shower was terribly low.

Went here two weekends in a row and unfortunately both weekends the pool was out of order. Other than that we loved our stay and loved the employees:)

Property was under a renovation during our stay. Staff was very friendly.

Great breakfast. Fresh peaches were a treat and appreciate the meatless sausage.

This is our go to place when needing to stay in the STL area. The facilities are clean and comfortable, we enjoy the pool and best of all, it is in a quiet area. The staff are tremendously polite and will assist with anything needed. Nothing
