Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield

Great staff, very friendly

The staff was very nice and professional. Room was excellent, very clean, nice and spacious. We wanted to be able to watch Netflix but the TV in the room didn't have a plug in option or the ability to cast. We called down to the front desk and they sent up an older tv that had the ability to plug in an HDMI cable. Very pleased they accommodated us. They were very helpful and friendly and as soon as we asked. They offered. Breakfast was very good, lots of options and very tasty. Only wish that drinks besides water were available throughout the day and not just for Breakfast and then after. Also just wish hotels had a discount if you arrive late in the day. We didn't check in until 7:30 pm and had to pay for a full day still. I know this is standard. I simply wish there was a discounted rate for that. We had come from the Wildwood hotel, we left because the staff were horrible. Mocking us when we asked for a different tv because the one in our room was broken. They didnt offer a new tv or move us to a different room, they were very rude and mocked us when we asked for a refund and left. The Wildwood is very outdated and their rooms were vwry small, even though I pad for a suite. Jacuzzi dodnt work and tv broken and they were super rude. So we left and wemt to the Drury inn. Night and day difference!!! Loved my stay at the Drury Inn

Drury is always our go to! Clean rooms, amazing staff, breakfast and the kickbacks are great! I definitely recommend making this one your choice!

The hotel staff were friendly, breakfast and dinner were tasty, The 3 free beverages with dinner were an extra nice surprise. Having the option to decline housekeeping during my stay shows they are eco friendly.

Breakfast was very good (hot and fresh) with many options. Very nice for a free buffet! The evening snack was great and with 3 complimentary drinks it was very economical.
