Sonesta ES Suites St. Louis - Chesterfield

I think the room was way larger than I had expected. It was overall not bad and in a good location, It could have been a little more clean, but wasn't terrible. The dishes in the dishwasher were still in there, unsure if clean or dirty. Dirty tissue on the table when we we came in. That made me think maybe it wasn't cleaned properly.

Love the two levels . And the location. Was surround by good food paces . Good breakfast bar , pool was still open . The stains on carpet and walls needed fresh paint .

The room I checked in wasn’t cleaned I had to go to front desk and asked for cleaning products and rags I also showed staff photos of dirt and liquids found on countertop table and floor Room should have been properly cleaned before new check in

Very clean and worked well for us. Polite staff. Breakfast was good with several hot choices. We were there two nights and there was no housekeeping so ask for extra towels if needed. After our stay I got several phone calls from Sonesta asking for a review. I would rather get an e-mail. Otherwise, a good price and there was no cancellation fee.

The Breakfast was acually the best hotel breakfast we ever had and the dining room was roomy and very clean.

Nice family atmosphere. I enjoyed the pool and the good breakfast.

It’s a nice place for extended stay. There are good and hot breakfast, only thing they didn’t change menu often. It’s a good value for the price and it’s in good location. I highly recommend this hotel for someone who wants longer stay.

Large “living room “ and space to enjoy TV. Full kitchen if we would have needed. Apparently they rent on long term basis. Many families living there. The people next to us had a barking dog.

I checked into the property and checked right back out The room was filthy blood on the carpet the couch and beds going upstairs in the room the carpet was filthy with blood everywhere…..

We had a great stay. Only complaint is that our ice machine in freezer did not work. Otherwise we have no complaints. Property was nice and clean

Breakfast in the morning is good with plenty of food choices. The beds are comfortable, pillows were a little lumpy and could be replaced, and it would be nice if there was an extra blanket in the closet. Having the kitchen is great convenience when staying for a few nights. The room, bathroom and kitchen are clean. The only complaint we have is that the Shower/Tub is super slippery when showering. There is no rubber mat or anti slip strips in the tub. Slipped numerous times while showering with one time falling and thankfully the bar was right there otherwise the outcome would of been ugly. We did let front desk staff know about the problem. It is conveniently located to WashU Medicine Orthopedic Surgery Center. This was our second stay at this Hotel and will definitely will stay here again.
