I mistakenly left behind my work bag in the closet. Not only did the staff find it but they also made sure to get it back to me. Wonderful place with wonderful people!

The professional photography on Hotels.com really sold this property I just wish it had lived up to its appearance. These rooms are converted apartment or duplexes. The fireplaces are poorly disguised at best, the mattresses old and stained, water pressure starts out great until you actually start to wash your hair and don't get me started on trying to rinse the soap off your nether regions. Outside the room the paint is rusty and peeling in spots. It wasn't all bad the pool looked nice and the property despite being in need of physical maintenence and general upkeep was clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Overall for a place to sleep and be able to have a simple meal while out of town its suitable but not outstanding.

Given these conditions, we packed up our kids and checked into another hotel. We did notify the front desk staff before leaving, and they advised us to reach out to Expedia for a refund. We were since notified that the manager of this hotel denied our refund request from Expedia, which is super unfortunate.

Room was clean for the most part. Carpet could have used a more thorough vacuuming…dust and a big hair-ball. And was surprised to arrive to a full dishwasher, but at least it was clean. Overall, would stay there again.

I didn't try the breakfast, I figured if the room was that dirty I didn't want to try the food.

Everything was great except the high deposit it was ridiculous

I couldn't give 5 stars due to not having any cleaning or replacing of towels for the entire week we were there. I even asked the front desk if they could pick up dirty towels and drop off new ones. They sent a worker with new ones but nobody got the dirty towels. The keys also kept malfunctioning, I had to go to the front office to request new ones twice in the 7 day stay.

**Pool gates did not lock*** Pool was very cloudy all they do is put more shock in every day. They need a pool service company, they don’t know what they are doing with chemicals. Toilets loose, rocked whenever we sat on them. Bathroom drains clogged so water up to ankles in tub. ( they did try to fix but an employee with a plunger doesn’t usually work on a tub drain) Kitchens were very poorly stocked with bare minimums. Not enough silverware, plates or pans. Oven didn’t work at all. Won’t stay there again. For the cost we could have gotten a better quality hotel. It was the only thing available when I booked.

Breakfast was great, lots of options. Loved the location, great neighborhood

I stayed for a week. It was pretty good, very good breakfasts. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room had a few maintenance issues checking in, but it was fixed the next day after I brought them up. Good place to stay if you have dogs, easy to walk around. Transportation by car is easy too, as it's right next to I-64, there was some highway noise, but it was manageable.

Nice area clean rooms and really hot water maybe a little too hot but overall a good stay

We did enjoy our stay with the layout of our room. Handwash would be nice for the bathrooms, not wipes.
