    I didn't like the last day of my stay was terrible. The television didn't work the cable was out from 12pm on Saturday until I checked out at 5am sunday. The manager was not helpful at all. She said the maintenance man was off from work Saturday during the holiday. So I give the hotel a bad rating. My money should be refunded for the last day no television. PERIO!!!!!

    It was clean place but the internet didn’t work half of the time and so the tv wouldn’t work either. They only cleaned our room once and never brought towels when we asked for them. I had to go to the front desk and get them myself.

    Only one TV remote worked for both rooms. Batteries were good it just didn't work. The door handle to the bedroom was about to fall off but everything else was just fine. We had 6 people and only 3 towels so that was a pain but manageable. Clean, A/C worked well. No sheets for the fold out sofa but we went and asked for them also. Nothing bad to ruin a vacation.

    Late night snacks and frozen food available. Grub hub delivery is free for the first order I believe. I would recommend this property.

    We were in St. Louis because my father was dying and we’re there to support my mother and spend time with my father. The staff learned of this when we need to extend our stay. They not only extended but got us a better rate for those day. They were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good.

    The 2 TVS in the suite didn't work the first night. Supposedly it was lightning strike the second night they worked... Miracle I guess. Had to replace the key cards a couple times had many problems getting in the room and the outside door continuously. One time the key would work on the room, but not the outside door. The next time, it wouldn't work on either. We were continuously calling each other to come let us in. I booked on hotels.com specifically intended for 6 people to stay. So I know what I chose for a room. 2 doubles and a pull out. We were given a king and a pull out. They told me there was nothing they could do that it was hotel.com's fault and offered to sell me another room. $486 for two nights. I was not buying another room. Additional guests 32 of us total group. We put some of the kids together in other rooms, with other people in our group. Also our room was handicap accessible, so I had a double headed shower. The first night when turning on the shower, the handle to the the handheld wand shot off and hit the opposite wall, along with water shooting out, we were able to get it back on and just went on with a moderately dripping handle and with low water pressure. We had initially called the hotel to block off a group of rooms, and they told us just to go online and book them. Our sporting event, we were attending went fine but I'm not sure we will be staying there again. A bit disappoiting when spending that kind of money singly and as a group.

    Rooms were not clean at all, dirty dishes put away, bathrooms not clean, hallways had trash piling up. No internet for over a week. This has to be the worst hotel I have stayed at so far in St. Louis and I stay weekly for business travel. Run.
