Now the not so great… the cleanliness part needs a lot of improvement. There was trash bags in the hallway, the microwave in my room was gross and broken, there was only the wrapping for coffee in my room but no coffee (like it had been used and not replaced), there were dishes in the dishwasher, the garbage disposal was nasty and STUNK, the tv in the living area was broken (but that was ok I was tired and wanted to lay in bed anyway), BUT most importantly the bed was clean (I thoroughly checked). I would comment on the property saying that it needs some updates but I am aware that it is currently under renovations. Breakfast had a large variety! ***Overall I would recommend staying here and plan on staying here next time I am passing through.

I had to wait a while in the lobby when I arrived at the front desk. I eventually had to call the hotel to get someone to come to the desk. The room we received had hairs on the bed. Including what looked like a beard hair. The cupboards were dirty, there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. One cupboards still had bags and a box someone had left. The window on the outside was covered in a spiderweb with spiders crawling around. There was a dead spider hanging inside the window. I went down to the lobby, called the front desk again and received a different room. These beds had hairs on them as well but we just wanted to get to sleep. Had to go back down to ask for bedding for the sofa bed though. This is the first time I have not left a tip for housekeeping,and I travel every year. This is not what I expect from a Hilton hotel.

I loved this room, it was just like staying in a small apt. The staff was terrific and the breakfast was excellent, too. If I travel back to St. Louis, this is definitely where I'll stay!

Dilapidated, dated and run down. And we stayed 3 days and they never cleaned our room. We complained so many times and they just said it was a scheduling mistake. We will Never again stay here. Disappointed at the Hilton name

Staff was phenomenal. We went to our room after we returned from a cardinals game to find our AC unit died. Staff switched us to a nice cool room quickly!

Besides being double charged, which the staff fixed immediately, I really enjoyed my stay. The amenities are great, the area has many leisure things very close, and the place was quite nice.
