We moved here after staying at a very concerning hotel for two nights, and we were with a large group of soccer families. It was wonderful that the staff were able to accomodate all of us.....I think 10 or so rooms within a few hours. Kim and her staff were very courteous, helpful and kind to all of us. The rooms were clean and very spacious, and I especially enjoyed the ease of the parking so close to the entrance. The front desk staff helped me and others with finding a safe and suitable laundromat when we found out we were staying an extra two days, due to our winning record! Our team and families were welcome to use the lobby for our team lunches/dinners, and the staff were helpful when we were cleaning up our mess. The temperatures in the guest rooms were great, and the beds were so very comfortable. Anytime we called for extra towels, cups or whatever, the staff obliged us within just a few minutes. We would stay here again!

It was like those old school hotels. A little aged but aged gracefully. Wish we had more tome to enjoy the pool. My only complaint was looking at an unfinished roof out the windiw of room 306.

Desk staff covering desk and Starbucks cafe at same time. Guests had to wait due to short staffing.

The hotel check in associate. The hotel was a 10 outta 10. From breakfast to the rooms, pool, exercise options and a FULL basketball court inside. We loved it.. The exercise room could of been open earlier to at least 5am..

The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It would be nice to have smthing kosher. The only protein available were eggs and the rest sm type of pork protein. So the buffet breakfast was limited for us. Other then that great hotel to stay in!

The site said there was a hot tub. We intrntionally paid more for the hotel to be able to use the hot tub. We were extremely disappointed when the hotel told us it had been removed a long time ago. We felt we were just a bit scammed.

Everything was perfect and I can’t say enough good things about the staff and how much they made our trip to St. Louis an excellent experience. I ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here, matter of fact we will stay here every time we come to or through St. Louis.
