Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Chesterfield

The pull out couch had skittles and the wrapper fall out when I opened it. And I had to go ask for sheets for it. The room only had 3 towels for a stay booked for 4 people. I had to ask for more towels day 2. The room was never once cleaned or trash taken out. I never hung the do not disturb. I was in town for a funeral and was gone from the room almost the entire time. I left the towels on the floor in hopes they would be changed and never did get new ones.

The staff was amazing and kind! I arrived early due to my flight and they were so helpful and accommodating. The room and property was very clean and maintained.

My wife and I stay here at least once a month when we visit St Louis area. She loves the local shopping and restaurants. Staff always attentive and friendly. Angela went above and beyond with the check in. Very busy with many guests but helped us all. On my way out. Heard another guest ask Angela her name to give compliment. I heard this and told the fellow guest I agree with him.

Absolutely wonderful! Will definitely be staying again!

Tourists trap everything costs too much

The Managers ar the front desk are pretty useless. I only booked here because it said that cribs or pack n plays were available. I confirmed via phone they had one. Apparently they lie. Upon check in with a very exhausted 6 month old baby, we were told they needed to find the crib. 1 manager didnt know what a crib was. Then they said "if" they find it, they'll put it in our room while we grabbed a bite to eat. No call saying they didnt have 1 so we could buy one. Luckily we had the forethought to buy one in case. Upon our return & realizing they didnt have a crib, the manager got snippy with my husband when he inquired about the status. We will not stay here again. Plus they were extremely slow on check in & didnt know their system. Not to mention, the bartender had to hunt someone down just to check us in after waiting at the desk for 10mins. They were yapping it up in back.

Room was clean and need was very comfortable. I usually have a hard time sleeping away from home or wake up in pain because of bad mattresses

Stay was good, after we got checked in. Check in was at 3, our rooms weren't ready until 5.

My daughters and I stayed here over a competition weekend. Front desk staff was very nice, but not the most responsive. The bedding in our room seemed clean on appearance, but smelled of cigarette smoke. My daughter and her friends swam in the indoor pool and a day or so after we got home several of the girls ended up at the doctor with eye and ear infections. Hotel wasn’t up to what we would typically expect from a Courtyard

Staff were helpful and kind. Watch out for the pool it is very small and groups of kids (teams0come in from sporting there is not enough room for families to hang out. Also the floor is extremely slippery (normal for pool areas) but this seemed extra slick. I was careful while I was walking but still slipped and had a hard fall.

Room in poor condition, lacking in security (room service was a fail and left our room open while taking lunch break then didn’t even fully service the room), pool was very tiny, cold, and water smelled over treated. Front desk staff was friendly. Parking was good.
