Kaitlan at check-in was super friendly and helpful. Came up for a concert at The Factory that ended up being rescheduled, so decided to relax at the pool. Nice and clean. Bed was comfortable.

It was horrible. People were blocking the back door open walking around running into cars with black windows. One guy had a pitbull going in and out. People were screaming in the room next to us we went to the front desk told them we wanted our money back at 5:58 they said we had to contact you to get our money back. We never stayed.

We only stayed one night. We were in the area for a concert. The staff was great. They volunteered shuttle service to and from our venue which was much appreciated would definitely recommend this hotel
