The staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk staff person who initially greeted us “Karen” was especially helpful. All in all a comfortable enjoyable experience.

The rating is actually for booking.com Booking never actually went through and finished the reservation. I had a confirmation email and Hampton inn did not have me as a confirmed guest

Good location, room comfortable the property was fine not sure if they had recent flooding but there was a slight odor in the hallways but fans to dry the floors were turned on other than that the stay was what you would expect from Hampton Inn.

The guy who staffed the breakfast was outstanding. Although sometimes he was working on his own, he was efficient and extremely pleasant! made our stay perfect

The girls at the front desk were so friendly! Even at 11:00 pm at night. They checked in more than once to make sure we didn't need anything. The location was convenient to everything around and the facility was extremely clean.

It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was helpful. There was no lining for the ice bucket. The ice machine was out of order on our floor. Tgere wasn’t enough toilet paper. The shampoo was gone n the shower. For the higher cost of the room, these things shouldn’t be.

Cleaniness First floor, car lights shining in through window. However, they did have a good set of blinds with an extra layer to block out the lights.

Breakfast was pretty good, location was great The stairway smelled so bad we had to hold our breath every time we went up the stairs - the room smelled musty as well - the sink was backed up and the toilet was also backed up at one point. The staff made a remark when we wanted our sheets changed and new towels.
