Days Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

The rug in the room was very worn and had various stains on it! The bathtub appeared as if was not clean! There was no hand lotion. I called and was put on hold for over 6 minutes so then reserved on line. During check in I was not told about breakfast!

Breakfast was disgusting (eggs were green several days in a row. No milk for cereal) Bathtub had rust in bottom. Trash near side entrance overflowing and not dumped in the 3 days we were there

This hotel was a classic hotel. Nothing to write home about but nothing majorly wrong. The pool was small and had minimal seating. They were out of towels when we went. Not bad but not luxury. Great for a budget friendly stay.

Not very impressed with the staff or the facility. Would not stay there again. Staff was nice enough just not very professional at all. No elevator and I had to remove the toilet tank lid and pull the chain to flush.

My kids really enjoyed having their own "room" where there were two sets of bunk beds.

The Days Inn in Cheyenne was a lovely stay! The front desk staff were cheerful and helpful, even late at night. The pool was fabulous and the kiddie pool side was perfect for my littles! We really enjoyed out stay. The only reason this doesn’t get a 5 is the dead cockroach in the hallway.

Staff was very friendly. The pool and spa were open 24 hrs. The door to my room was hard to open had to bump it with my shoulder to open it

Needs carpet update

Location Dirty with stains everywhere the second day housekeeping busted in thinking the room was vacant twice once when we’re gone and the manager called said we left all our stuff when she was there when we got our new key and then that evening while we were trying to settle the kids down even though we had already paid and the keys were working

They have rooms that sleep 6 (2 queen and 1 bunk bed). For a family of 5 like mine with teenagers, that's unique. Love the pool. Breakfast could be better, but the personnel was so helpful that I could not give less than 5 stars.

Breakfast is o.k. Negative: $158 seems expensive a Days Inn.

The beds were comfortable We have been charged for an extra day that is still pending on our credit card. I hope I do not have to call the property and dispute the charge.

Great experience, the staff go above and beyond to help you. Nice and quiet.

Good hotel great facility

Don't use Days Inn properties. PERIOD

The bed was comfortable. Shower wasn’t great as it took 20-30 to drain, explains it look slightly dirty near the drain. Staff was super nice.
