La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Cheyenne

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions professionally and even asked if there was more they can offer to make my stay comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Breakfast was ok Phone didn’t work no plug for bath in any room!! Microwave didn’t work price was to high for this room ! Paint smell was over powering ! No extra pillows we won’t stay there again!

The room was advertised as a room that sleeps 5... it was two double beds. The bathroom sink would not drain, the toilet would not flush, and the bathtub water ran all night. We told the front desk and nothing was done about it and when we asked to speak to the on duty manager we were told there wasn't one in duty but we could try to email them.

It was clean and check in was easy. The pre check in digital system doesn't talk to the check in system so you will have to fill everything out anyway when you get there.

Only positive was it was clean Door wouldn’t open. Front desk had to knock it open. Bathroom door wouldn’t shut. Light switches were cracked. Went to breakfast at 7:15 and hardly any food. Old and the bathroom was not ADA for a handicap room. No vanity in bathroom. Towels were laid in shower chair.

The room was a decent size, hated the TV, the bathroom was tiny, but overall we had a good stay.
